About Kevin

I travel out west for business, so when this newly remodeled unit became available, I jumped. I sometimes use the condo as a jumping off place for sales calls to Canada. I don't mind the drive--the scenery changes every five minutes-- and it's always spectacular.

Kevin purchased this condo in 2010

Why Kevin chose Yellowstone Country

My friend, who owned this unit, wanted to buy a house! Did I want to buy a condo? The closeness to shopping and eating in downtown Bozeman, quick access to the trail system, and the new remodel made it a quick, YES!

What makes this condo unique

Quiet end unit. Newly remodeled kitchen with concrete counters, stainless steel appliances, large pantry, alder cabinets. Brazilian cherry floors on the first floor. Who can resist sitting on the porch swing in the morning with a cup of coffee? Listen to the gurgling creek! AND JUST LOVE THE FIRE PLACE!

Very cozy and attracive lodging in perfect location near trails and towns

We are now in our third winter at this wonderful condo, Only a 6-minute walk to Main Street, on the walking/biking trail to Peet's Hill and Bozeman's special library. This 2-bedroom end unit fronts a creek and the views are of the surrounding woods. Very quiet. Terrific stone fireplace. Very attractive and functional kitchen with large counter for sitting and preparing food. The garage is an added plus.

Our stay was great. Management was easy to work, responsive and flexible. Absolutely fantastic location, end unit, walking distance to town and right on walking trails. Beautiful, secluded yard. Nice features and upgrades in the house. Clean and well kept. Garage parking.

The location was perfect - the picturesque historic section, within walkable distance to MSU and the downtown, a post office and I-90, as well as a spectacular hilltop dog park. A short drive led to another dog park, some 40 acres of prairie grasses and rolling hills. We walked to museums, shopping, restaurants (Main Street), the food coop (a real plus) and to a small park tucked into the historic buildings. The listing photos were accurate - the condo is definitely "up to date" and has a feel of great style and utility. It is on the end of several other condors, so the view of the creek behind and the side yard privacy were special. The owner was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and hope to return there ourselves.

Owner's Response: So glad you enjoyed your stay. It was certainly a pleasure having you there. I like to think of the location as "in the woods" because of the trees, the trail and minimal noise. Hope you can visit again!
