Our condo is a 1900-square-foot, penthouse, end unit with wonderful views from every window. You are able to see the ski mountain, the river, and also the meadows. It is very quiet and private. It includes a large great room with fireplace and adjoining atrium with plenty of room to sit around and relax in the evenings. We have a large dining area with wet bar, well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, each with a private bath, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the great room. We have just finished a complete update, and everything is freshly painted. All three bathrooms have had granite vanities and undermountsinks installed.

There is an elevator in the building. Our pool building is conveniently located and includes an indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.

Although we overlook the Keystone ski slopes, there is a tram that stops in front of the building every 30 minutes to take skiers to the base area. We are in easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops, and ice skating in winter or boating in summer on Keystone Lake.

It is a great place for a family and also for three couples who each have complete privacy. We have high-speed Internet access and wifi.

Why Bonnie Dooley chose Northwest

We are the original owners of our Decatur property. We had first owned a smaller condo in the Willows in Keystone Village. We purchased this condo because of its spacious interior with almost 1900 sq. ft. And it's corner location with an atrium and fantastic views from large windows on three sides. Our boys grew up skiing, and we now have two grandchildren who are expert snowboarders. Our Keystone experiences have been big parts of all of our lives.

We considered River Run when it was built, but the units were so much smaller, and we couldn't match our views. The shuttle stops right in front of our building, so skiing is very convenient.

We also feel that the Village area with the lake is preferable in the summer.

I stayed in the Decatur Lodge and absolutely loved it! Gorgeous view. Extremely cozy, and we loved the wood burning fireplace. We didn't want to leave. I will definitely book there again.

High-speed Internet Access, Professionally Cleaned by Keystone, No pets! We are located on the end of the top floor of the Decatur Building, and we have wonderful views from large windows on three sides. We also have an atrium with windows on the ceiling. Our great room is very large with a wonderful fireplace. We are located on the East side of Keystone Lake which has world famous ice skating in the wintertime and paddle boats and kayaking in the summer.

Wonderful

This condo is just wonderful for a crowd. Our grandchildren had plenty of room to play and the rest of us had plenty of our own space. It made our vacation relaxing and fun the times we were all in the condo together. The proximity to Keystone Village and the bike path was a plus as was the nice indoor pool and hot tub. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Views from all rooms!

Wall-to-wall windows open to a gorgeous meadow and mountain landscape! So beautiful and "so Colorado"! Walking trails right in the area and can take you to a small lake with paddleboats and geese. Super attentive and pleasant guest communication when questions arose. Convenient location-a minute or two to downtown Keystone and the festivities/restaurants there. Lots of restaurants close by....Our family dined at Kickapoo for the wide selections of beers and sandwiches/entrees-family friendly. Snake River Saloon was high energy/noisy and bustling, but perfect for a Colorado intimate lodge/saloon feel and delicious steaks and salmon--tho a bit pricey. Even Luigi Italian restaurant in downtown Keystone had an impressive array of sandwiches for lunch out on their patio. This home is just minutes away from those dining experiences. A huge townhome/condo with 3 full bedrooms; each having their own bathroom. My family of 4...(2 adult children) appreciated the closeness, yet privacy in their own space. Only note to mention is that this unit is off of Highway 6, so expect traffic noise audible from every bedroom, carrying on into the night.

Great value for size, location and views!

We had a great experience at this condo. Plenty of room for our group and although it could use some updating throughout, we all felt for the location, views and size, it was a great value! Kitchen was well stocked, large table to family dinners, plenty of room for kids and adults to sit and the real fireplace was a nice on cold snowy nights. We would stay there again!

Beautiful and great location

The views from the condo are outstanding! The location is also perfect. If you want to drive to the slopes it's a short 5 min drive. However, the shuttle is right out front of the condo. You can take a shuttle to both Mountain House and River Run. There is also lockers for ski storage right when you walk into the building. There were 6 adults staying in the condo and we had plenty of space. We will definitely be returning.

Spacious living area, great views - needs updating

This property has a very large living area that's suitable for 5 to 6 guests. Wall of windows offer very nice views.

Lots of cooking utensils and dishes if you want to eat in.

However, the property is in need of lots of updating. All appliances are very old and barely work. The bathrooms need to be redone and the bedroom furniture is uncomfortable.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room, but for the money we expected better accommodations.

Owner's Response: I'm sorry that this guest was disappointed with some features in our condo. I have never heard that the beds are uncomfortable. The mattresses are the same ones Keystone uses in their hotels. The pillows were all replaced last summer. I don't know what you mean when you say the appliances barely work. They either work or they don't work. Are you referring to the refrigerator, the ice maker, the stove, or the dishwasher. All of these have been replaced in the past several years. Our condo is a place for larger groups who want a convenient location, plenty of bathrooms, and a large living area with a view and a wood burning fireplace with lots of wood. I think it is a very good value.
