Sea Point Lodge is St. Simons Island's newest luxury oceanfront condominium community. Located on Ocean Boulevard, Sea Point Lodge is convenient to the Village, Shops, Restaurants, Lighthouse, and Pier.

This beautifully furnished residence features tall ceilings, stone flooring, a large kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters, an oversized dining and living area, and a balcony with ocean views. The master suite features a walk-in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. Sea Point lodge will accommodate the most discriminating tastes!

Added features for Sea Point 103 are HBO premium channel, free North American long distance calling and WI-Fi High Speed Internet. Please no pets allowed!

Please note, Sea Point Lodge is located on a tide contingent beach.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, includes an ensuite bathroom both with tub and shower as well as a walk-in closet. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the balcony.

The benefit of staying at Sea Point Lodge is the access to the beach, the shops and restaurants in the village which is short walk away. Nothing nicer than finishing the day with a walk on the beach into the village for an ice cream, a drink or little something to eat.

The facility was very nice and luxurious. However we had issues with gate codes. The codes we were given for the access from the beach back to the property did not work. We had to walk up the public access path and go through the vehicle entrance to get back in. Then one day we wanted to walk to the main area of the town/pier - no real signs of how to exit the property if walking. Then it took other residents/tenants to help us figure out how to open the gate, once we found it. Then upon return the code to enter did not work. Again we had to use the vehicle entrance. I feel you need more chairs/loungers at the pool. The two times we were there it was a good thing we brought our own beach chairs. There is space for them too. The master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable. Not too hard or too soft - just not good, my husband and I both had fitful nights each night there. Then the pillows were too soft. I should have brought our pillows from home. Lastly, I'm not used to stone floors - very hard on your back, glad they had the nice cushion pads at the sink - could have used one in the master bath for standing there drying hair, etc. Other than these issues it is a lovely place, decorated beyond expectations, a lot of detail and thought went into that.
