This is unit Konea 112 at Honua Kai. My cancellation policy is incorrectly stated as no refund. Please see my description below for my cancellation refund policy and construction disclaimer.

UPDATE: This unit features a queen plus size comfort sleeper living room sofa bed. This luxurious sleeper sofa has solid platforms that provide even support with no bars, no springs, and no sagging and features a full 80" length of sleeping surface. Our sleeper sofa is more comfortable, longer, and 6" wider than the standard Honua Kai sofa bed. So now all our guests, regardless of where they sleep, can rest comfortably.

ABOUT THIS CONDO. This is a 915 sq. ft. (plus 300 sq. ft. Lanai/Garden) GROUND FLOOR two (2) bedroom condominium in the Honua Kai Konea Tower.

This unit features many owner upgrades and offerings over other units such as: beautiful wood tile flooring, keyed lanai door, a 65" 4k wall mounted living room smart TV, Amazon Echo with Spotify music, a vitamix blender, upgraded shower heads, iHome alarm clocks, bathroom dryer towel rack, bathroom stools, and many other owner supplied goodies for your use such as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, an ice chest, boogie boards, beach towels, a pack n play with a 3" thick mattress, bed bumpers, strap on booster seat, etc.

Only the Ground Floor units at Honua Kai offer tall 11' ceilings, oversized lanai's, and very quick and easy access in and out (from the Lanai or condo door) ... no elevators needed. The lanai opens up to lush lawns & walkways with views of the mountain and resort and it has a private relaxing Koi pond off the lanai. My unit is conveniently located in the middle of the resort, within just a few steps to the Konea interior court yard or a quick close 1-2 minute walk to the resort pools and hot tubs. Our room is also close to the fitness center.

This unit features a King Bed in the Master, Queen Bed in the Den converted to bedroom, and a Queen Plus size sofa sleeper in the living, and is perfect for up to 6. Each bedroom and living have their own HD flat screen TV's and cable. The living includes a Blu-Ray DVD, plus the TV supports Amazon Prime, and Netflix. Wireless AC Fast Internet is also included free of charge.

Flying Hawaiian Airlines or renting a car? Guests get a 5% discount affiliate code off your flight. I can package car rentals with my accommodation, and often at lower prices than you can find elsewhere.

Swimming and Snorkeling. Walk to whalers village, etc. Or head the opposite direction (North) to visit Honokowai Beach Park (great for the little ones), the farmers market, and local organic food store.

(b) 90 days or less before arrival: if re-rented, refund equal to re-rental amount minus 1 night rent cancellation fee. TA taxes, cleaning fee, parking are always 100% refundable. 120 days for Christmas / New Years holiday reservations and reservations 14+ nights. Full terms in the rental agreement when booking.

Known Construction / Maintenance Disclaimer: Luana Development Parters LP will be building 72 townhouses in the area. The work will be in the empty grass field on the east side of Honua Kai (non-ocean side) beyond the path that circles the bowl between the two towers. These are 2 story homes. A fence will be constructed to limit dust and views of the work. Construction starts on Feb 5, 2018. This unit, Konea 112, will have a view of part of the construction site / fence from the unit and lanai. Konea 112 will be impacted but should be less impacted than the higher up units as its view will be primarily of the fence and the garden cover / plantings should help. Prices reflect discounts for the construction.

We love Maui and after staying at Honua Kai Resort for the first time in 2009, we fell in love with this place. It was perfect for us. We have always struggled to find a nice condo with all the amenities we were looking for. Honua Kai Resort was the answer for us and that was what initially brought me to purchase my first condo at Honua Kai. Since then I have purchased 5 more ground floor units and now have 6. In my opinion ground floor units are the most convenient and the absolute best. They have quick and easy access to the outside, the pool, and everything else. We just love this place.

Perfect for family of three

My husband and I stayed in this unit for a week with our twenty six month old, and it was perfect. Very nice unit, and we used the Amazon Alexa to listen to Hawaiian music and smart TV to watch all of our toddler's favorite shows on Netflix while we were there. Made smoothies every day with the Vitamix as well! Short walk to the pools, very quiet for toddler naps and bedtimes, and the lanai was a great place for our son to run around. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. The property itself is gorgeous. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with everything one with possibly need. Can’t wait to get back there again.

Spacious, well appointed, comfortable

This place is amazing. You have access to wonderful pools and the beach is only steps away. Having a full kitchen also helps you save on going out to eat, if that’s a consideration. We will be back!!

Fantastic Vacation in Konea 112

Our stay in Konea 112 was excellent. The unit easily accommodated my family of four with two children. We were impressed with the room immediately upon entering. There are a lot of extras in the room (beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc.) that you won't need to bring or purchase. Check the property listing for them. The owner and property manager responded to every email or phone call within an hour while booking and checking in. One minor item we needed was immediately addressed by the property manager. Our children were able to watch their shows on Netflix on the Samsung Smart TV in the living room. The comfort sleeper was great and much more comfortable than the standard Honua Kai sleeper. We would definitely stay in this unit again or another with Brandon.
