Sleeps 8-10 comfortably. The house is approximately 2600 sq. ft and has a total of FIVE separate sleeping areas.

There are two separate living rooms - each w/ large flat screen tv. There is a private front balcony and perfect private back patio and yard for entertaining - complete with gas fire pit, bbq grill, and outdoor dining area. There is also a private 2 car garage.

Within minutes of doorstep guests can walk to events such as Broncos games, Pepsi Center events, Six Flags, Downtown Aquarium, 16th Street Mall, and hundreds of Denver's most popular restaurants and bars. PERFECT spot for those attending CONVENTION CENTER. We are located just off the highway for effortless I25 and I70 access.

If you need more room, there are the Fairfield, Hampton Inn and a Residence Inn right across the street! An ideal location and setup for medium and large groups looking for an upscale, convenient and memorable weekend in the heart of Denver.

All toiletries, sheets/towels, dishes, pots/pans, and wifi provided. There is a laundry room w/ washer and dryer.

A little pricey and not as comfortable as what we expected

We did not have a great experience with this property. Part of that is situational in that it was 96 degrees in Denver while we were there and the property is just not set up for balanced AC (its 3 stories). The two master bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and despite AC being on 67 degrees and some fans/portable AC, it did not help. We were uncomfortable sleeping and felt that affected the value of the property. The rest of the property was okay - again, its an older property that has been fixed up (and the owner did a good job with that) but we felt it was too expensive for what we received in retrospect especially with the AC issues. The location is good

Roomy, stylish, clean and functional all in a trendy area close to downtown.

This is a fabulous house, expertly renovated, spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. It appears to be well managed and is conveniently located with all manner of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Nearby. Its also easy to access the freeway. Our Denver visit was wonderful overall.

We couldnt even think of anything in this house that would need improvement. Our group gives it 5 stars.

Wonderful Property

Great location, convenient (and walk-able) to downtown Denver and the Highlands area. Very clean and well appointed house. Spacious living areas and very large bedrooms, large kitchen and dining areas. It was also exceptionally well provisioned including extra paper products, laundry supplies, basic condiments and other kitchen supplies. We had 8 adults and a 2 year old in this house for a week and everyone could find a comfortable space to either hang-out or find some quiet space when desired. The two separate tv viewing areas let groups with differing tastes find a spot to watch what they wanted. Linens and bedding were top quality and plentiful. The garage provided secure and guaranteed off street for our vehicles. The backyard was very great for gatherings as well as a pleasant place for the 2 year old to get outside in a private and secure area. The laundry facilities were very nice as well. The owner was easily accessible by email and very responsive. We will definitely choose this property for future trips to Denver!

Denver Visit - Very Nice

We were very happy with the property. I have used this service and this home was fully stocked and everything was nice and clean. I would definitely stay there in the future. The location was good and everyone was nice.

Great Location and beautiful house!

The house was awesome, very spacious and great accommodations for groups up to 8. Everything was very clean and modern decor. We would definitely recommend it. The owners were very easy to work with, this was a great experience. When we come back we'll definitely check to see if this place is available.
