Sleeps 8-10 comfortably. The house is approximately 2600 sq. ft and has a total of FIVE separate sleeping areas.

There are two separate living rooms - each w/ large flat screen tv. There is a private front balcony and perfect private back patio and yard for entertaining - complete with gas fire pit, bbq grill, and outdoor dining area. There is also a private 2 car garage.

Within minutes of doorstep guests can walk to events such as Broncos games, Pepsi Center events, Six Flags, Downtown Aquarium, 16th Street Mall, and hundreds of Denver's most popular restaurants and bars. PERFECT spot for those attending CONVENTION CENTER. We are located just off the highway for effortless I25 and I70 access.

If you need more room, there are the Fairfield, Hampton Inn and a Residence Inn right across the street! An ideal location and setup for medium and large groups looking for an upscale, convenient and memorable weekend in the heart of Denver.

All toiletries, sheets/towels, dishes, pots/pans, and wifi provided. There is a laundry room w/ washer and dryer.

Nice retreat in Lo-Hi

Great house to visit in Lo-Hi, very close to downtown and all attractions. You can really appreciate this house with its large bedrooms and high ceilings. It feels very open and spacious. The cozy backyard is well kept and great to use even in late November. It has a gas firepit to snuggle up to. The house a fairly big kitchen great for entertaining a big group. The cons here are no icemaker and poor task lighting. The double sided fireplace for the dining room and living room is a big plus. The house has many flat screen tvs so you can spread out if need be. Lighting is poor in the living room area at night. Otherwise its a good house for your next visit to Denver.

Perfect Location Beautiful Home

Stayed in this home for a girls weekend. Beautiful home, very well equipped. Walking distance to great restaurants easy access to downtown. Owner very easy to work with off street parking and use of the garage a big bonus. Perfect weekend away.

Great location and very comfortable home.

Met with 2 other colleagues for a 3 day team work session. Plenty of privacy and comfortable arrangements. Well equipped kitchen, and baths, everything we needed to have fun and be productive. Easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, parks and downtown. Loved the outdoor fire pit for evening nightcaps. Would definitely come back.
