Located just one city block from Broughton Street, construction of this brand new 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom luxury condo was completed in January, 2013. Sleeps up to 8 guests and can be connected with neighboring condos for larger parties (see VRBO #433951, #434041, #429224, #434067, and #435505). Hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless appliances, huge flat screen TVs, and a beautiful rooftop deck with a gas grill, are just a few of the amenities offered in this contemporary condo in the heart of Savannah's downtown Historic District. *Please call for inquiries regarding adjoining units.

There is a private garage in the building for your car and an elevator to take you from the garage to the condo. The condo has three bedrooms (each with king bed) , three full bathrooms, a large open area for entertaining, a dining table for 8, a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and a leather couch. The unit offers a custom kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, dishwasher, and microwave. There are huge windows for natural light and custom hardwood floors throughout. The condo has a foosball table, an over sized front-load washer / dryer, 60' High Definition Flat Screen Television in the living room, HD Cable, Blu-ray HD DVD player, and high end audio equipment with 5.1 surround sound. The three bedrooms each have a 50' High Definition Flat Screen Television with HD Cable and King Beds. The bathrooms feature custom tile showers with rain shower heads and hand held body showers. There is also a huge deck on the roof of the building with amazing views, lounge chairs, outdoor dining tables and a gas grill!

Whether visiting SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design), vacationing in Savannah or on a business trip, this Building is the perfect location from which to base your visit. Catch a sightseeing trolley in City Market (located on the same block), or walk two blocks to River Street for a day of fun-filled shopping. About Mike

I grew up in New Paltz, New York, on the Hudson River halfway between New York City and Albany. I moved to Savannah in the Summer of 2002 when I accepted my position as Sales and Demonstration Pilot for Gulfstream Aerospace. I really enjoy living in the Historic District; there is no substitute for the history, scenery, dinning, and nightlife that downtown Savannah offers. In my spare time, I began renovating properties in the heart of Savannah's Downtown Historic District.

During my 14 year tenure at Gulfstream Aerospace, I have had the amazing good fortune to travel to over 100 countries; many of them repeatedly. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in almost every major city in the world. While staying in these amazing properties, I would always take notes on the décor and amenities I found most desirable. I have included many of these ideas in my property back here in Savannah, hoping to use my experience to provide amazing accommodations to the discerning traveler.

Today, I still live in Savannah with my wife Radka, our son John, and our two dogs, Jake and Mini.

Why Mike chose Savannah

I've had my eye on this property for the past ten years. It's a beautiful brick building with huge floor to ceiling windows in the perfect location in the center of the Historic District. I was finally able to realize my dream to purchase and completely renovate this property in the Fall of 2012 when I converted it in to eight luxury vacation rental condos.

What makes this condo unique

The combination of a parking garage in the building, cement - steel - brick construction, and a huge roof top deck makes this building unlike any other vacation rental in Savannah! This really is the best vacation rental property in all of Savannah.

Perfect Stay

We were a bachelor party of 8 guys in our late 20s/early 30s. The condo was perfect for our group, but I would also stay here with my family as the condo was spacious and in excellent shape.

All 3 bedrooms had king beds that were comfortable and large enough for 2 people. Everything in the apartment worked well, lights, appliances, shower heads, TVs, etc. We cooked breakfast 1 morning and used the oven for pizza. We were able to walk to all restaurants & bars in a matter on minutes, no taxi/Uber needed. The balcony was a nice tough, especially with good weather. The rooftop patio was nice as well. We didn't spend much time there, but there were tons of patio seating and 2 gas grills. It would have been ideal for cooking out. A pass code was needed to get in the building and in the room, so it was a secure building (unless you leave your door propped, then you might have a neighbor drop by!).

Megan (the assistant and building manager), was extremely helpful and responsive. We contacted her a few times by email or text and she responded within minutes.

Top notch vacation rental and would absolutely stay again.

Excellent location

This condo is very well located. It is large, clean and is as advertised. There are a few details that prevent a five star rating. The most important is that all the bedrooms have NO windows. The living/dining space is bright with big windows all around but there is no natural light in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are tiny, water pressure in the showers, very poor. Supplies are just sufficient...for example...exactly one bath towel per person. This condo is clean and functional. Indoor parking and elevator are a big plus.

This condo was perfect for our family of seven. There was enough space for all of us. Two full baths helped a great deal, as well as the washer and dryer. There were plenty of linens provided. The place was neat and very clean. Great location. The owners were easy to communicate with and provided a great deal of useful information about the city. Plenty of restaurants right around the corner. Our personal favorite was Tequila Town which had a nice atmosphere, delicious food and of course great tequila!

Perfect Location

The location, amenities and decor were superb. On top of that the condo was super clean! All eight of the women in our group agreed that the lodging choice for our annual gathering was "top of the line". Thanks for making this property available for travelers to Savannah.

Great location to explore Savannah

In Savannah for food, relaxation and the book festival! This condo is the perfect location for all 3 and more! The roof top deck was the perfect spot for a glass of wine/beer and resting point in between food and activities. The location was within 10-15 minutes of everything we wanted to see and it was perfect to go to and from to drop off purchases or change clothes (either adding or extracting layers). Rita and staff were very helpful and efficient. The layout was spacious and great for 3 couples. You can have a 4th couple stay on the pullout but it was a bit noisy and less private obviously. The foosball table was fun although the teens in the next condo sounded like they were going to come through the wall with enthusiasm over their game (but they were playing during the day, so not a disruption unless taking a nap). Highly recommend this condo for location and closeness to some of the best food in town!!!!

Perfect condo for small group getaway!

I recently stayed at York Street condo for a girl’s weekend. It was the perfect accommodations for our weekend getaway. It’s located right in the heart of downtown Savannah within walking distance to everything (bars, restaurants, shopping and more!). It was so convenient that once we parked our car, we didn’t have to bother with it for the rest of the weekend. Another great perk to the condo was that we were able to have a ‘girl’s night in’ and make dinner in the condo. All bathrooms and the kitchen were well-equipped! I will definitely stay at the York Street condo for any future visits to Savannah!!
