We invite you to visit 'Galveston Tropical Breezes” one of our largest condos of our 7 personally owned and managed condos at Maravilla Resort Condominiums. At 1066 square feet there is plenty of room for everyone. 'Galveston Tropical Breezes is a townhouse style condo with two stories. Both bedrooms are upstairs and both have water views.

There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a convenient half bath on the first floor. Galveston Tropical Breezes sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed and 2 bunk beds in the second bedroom upstairs and a queen sleeper sofa on the first floor. The balcony (195 square feet) has great views of the Gulf and two of Maravilla’s three pools.

The property boasts three pools (one heated) with barbeque pits and picnic tables as well as a roomy outdoor hot tub on grounds that can't be found anywhere else on the island. Also there is an exercise/activity room with floor to ceiling windows so you can watch the waves while you exercise, play Ping Pong or just relax. Free WiFi is available in the condo with WiFi login and password information on the TV.

About Marilyn Swanson, the owner

I, Marilyn, purchased 'Tropical Breezes' in 2005 - and no it did not look anything like it does today! Larry and I met in 2006 (at Maravilla) and were married at Maravilla in 2010. We have had an outstanding time redesigning this condo to make it our exquisite haven for relaxation. As personal owners, we take pride in our customer service. We enjoy getting to know our guests.

Maravilla has charm - and that says it all. We own and serve as propery managers for our seven Maravilla condos. This is the 'taj mahal'. It is ideal for two families or an extended family. We love Maravilla for it's 3 pools - one heated in the winter - hot tub as well as the lovely spacious grounds with mature vegetation.

Winter Getaway

We stayed at Maravilla 353 for three weeks. The owners are very nice and helpful. I am glad we chose this place. The grounds are so well kept and beautiful. It is very pet friendly.

Thanksgiving Getaway

My wife and I spent three nights at this wonderful two bedroom condo. The appointments and furnishings are all first class. We getaway several times a year and this was one of the nicest we have rented. The views are spectacular both from the balcany and the master bedroom. The owner is charming and goes out of her way to help and make the stay memorable. We will definitely be back.

Very nice!

We had a wonderful time. The condo is a two bedroom 2-1/2 bath. The owner was exceptionally accommodating and allowed us to enter the condo early. Not just early, but very early. She said the cleaning crew had cleaned and we go go in as early as 10:15 am. Most places won't allow you in until at least 3-4 pm. I would certainly rent any of her units. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you for a great stay!

Our condo at Maravilla Resort Condominiums is located on the western part of Seawall Boulevard on Galveston Island in Texas. Galveston is 45 miles south of Houston with easy access to two airports - Hobby (closest) and George W. Bush International Airport (a bit farther north). While at the condo you will be right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and will be less than 3 miles from Schilitterbahn indoor/outdoor water park and Moody Gardens.

Other Activities: Shopping, Kayaking, Boating, Wildlife Viewing, Miniature.

There are no other fees when you rent from Larry and me, the owners. We include cleaning and booking fees in your total. You will need to purchase a parking pass from the main office for $15 (check, credit or debit card) which is good for your entire stay. Wrist bands for pool/hot tub use and the exercise/activity room will be distributed when you register your car. Special rates for holidays with a 3 night minimum.
