We were blown away by our stay at this cabin. It was clean, had all the amenities needed to cook, peaceful and private. Don was there to greet us and made us feel right at home. He provided wonderful information and helped us with our journey to the national parks. Stay here! You will love it!

Private, quiet, and charming

  • 5 of 5

My girlfriend and I stayed here as part of our one year anniversary trip, using it as a basecamp to checking out the Grand Canyon (about a 1.5 hour drive) and Flagstaff (about 1 hour). The property is isolated and very serene. Everything was clean and quite cozy, and the breathtaking views were spectacular to wake up to. Additionally, the night sky was so devoid of light pollution that the Milky Way was clearly visible! The two cats on the property, Shadow and Cali, were adorable and loved to cuddle while we had our morning coffee on the deck. We'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking to escape to some place quiet to relax.

About Don, Carolyn, and Nancy

My husband and I have been savoring the beauty of the Juniper Mountains since 2004. We built this cozy little cabin in 2011 and decided to rent it out after living in it very comfortably for a year while we rented out our 3500 sq ft home located on the same 80 acre property. We've now been renting both our large home (379349) and the cabin through VRBO for several years and enjoy a steady flow of guests from all over the country. We've just added a second small cabin (1157197) for a total of three distinct units! Each one of our properties is custom-built and the setting is amazing.

We have four children, ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren, who live somewhat scattered along the west side of the continent.

Don and I live on the 80 acres nearby with our Border Collie mix, Roxy, and Papillon, Sam. Although we will both be here to greet you when you arrive for your stay, initial point of contact will be handled by our daughter, Nancy.

Don, Carolyn, and Nancy purchased this cabin in 2011

Why Don, Carolyn, and Nancy chose Seligman

It's a little piece of paradise. This property is peaceful and quiet and away from it all, but an easy drive to all the attractions.

What makes this cabin unique

You cannot beat the mountain views and year-round moderate climate, with an occasional snowfall. Always green. Always peaceful.
