About Don, Carolyn, and Nancy
My husband and I have been savoring the beauty of the Juniper Mountains since 2004. We built this cozy little cabin in 2011 and decided to rent it out after living in it very comfortably for a year while we rented out our 3500 sq ft home located on the same 80 acre property. We've now been renting both our large home (379349) and the cabin through VRBO for several years and enjoy a steady flow of guests from all over the country. We've just added a second small cabin (1157197) for a total of three distinct units! Each one of our properties is custom-built and the setting is amazing. We have four children, ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren, who live somewhat scattered along the west side of the continent. Don and I live on the 80 acres nearby with our Border Collie mix, Roxy, and Papillon, Sam. Although we will both be here to greet you when you arrive for your stay, initial point of contact will be handled by our daughter, Nancy.

Why Don, Carolyn, and Nancy chose Seligman
It's a little piece of paradise. This property is peaceful and quiet and away from it all, but an easy drive to all the attractions.
What makes this Cabin unique
You cannot beat the mountain views and year-round moderate climate, with an occasional snowfall. Always green. Always peaceful.

Such an awesome cabin and area. Would reccommend to anyone.
We really enjoyed our stay the past two days in the cabin! Next time we stay, we’ll be sure to stay for at least three days! As Don the owner gives a tour of some old indian dwellings close by, to bookings of three days or longer.
Adorable cabin off the grid
My husband and I stayed for two nights during our week trip to the Canyon and Vegas. We were looking for a place off the map to disconnect and get away and this was exactly what we were looking for. It is about 2 hours from the cabin to the Canyon but the scenic drive is worth it. The cabin is comfortable with your basic essentials. Hosts were fantastic with providing directions and places to get groceries, gas, etc. Wound definitely stay again!
Perfect cabin! very peaceful (:
Don was great! Very helpful!
place was clean looks better than the pictures enjoy !
Such a charming and cozy cabin with a great outdoor atmosphere!
We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Very clean, cozy and was equipped with a kitchen stocked with cooking necessities along with a gas grill for outdoor cooking under a covered porch. Nice area for a pit fire and nice trail to talk a nature walk. Don and Carolyn were very nice and helpful with getting us checked in and set up for our stay. Would definitely recommend a stay.
Compact and cozy for a small family or group.
We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay. However, it is not very near to grand canyon. Its a two hour drive to the south rim. Other than that, its a lovely place
Most quiet and serene place we stayed
We love the feel of the small house. Everything we needed was available. The deck was charming with it’s deco lights at night. Nice fire pit. Enjoy hiking the 80 acres. So very peaceful and relaxing. Don thanks fir the helpful hints on where to visit at the Grand Canyon. A great place to enjoy all the natural beauty.
