Cedars Townhomes - We've vacationed summers and winters in Breck for 15 years and always admired the Cedars. Finally, we bought one. Come share our home. Guests rave!
You won't be disappointed... With this great location, you can be first on the slopes and ski home for lunch. Stroll one block to Main Street for fantastic shopping and dining, summer and winter! Enjoy hot cocoa and share the day's ski stories around the warm cozy fireplace.
Our townhouse works great for two families, a group, or a family
with children - each bedroom has its own private bath (both were remodeled in Fall 2015) and television. The two bedrooms are located on the third level of the
townhouse for great privacy. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a 40-inch flat screen TV and the second bedroom has a queen and a trundle bed which is like two twins. It also has a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors to a balcony overlooking the courtyard. There's also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.
The dining area, kitchen and half bath are on the second level and
look down onto the living room where there's a fireplace, a
48-inch flat screen TV and a CD player. From the living room there are
large windows looking out onto the patio and courtyard. We have a
gas grill for our guests to use. There's also a washer and dryer in the townhouse for your convenience. The attached heated garage is a great place to store ski equipment and clothing and your summer recreation toys like bikes! The Cedars townhomes are located right on Peak 9 next to the new
Quick Silver Super 6 chair lift and only 1 1/2 blocks from Main
Street. We're about 1/2 block away for a pool and hot tub complex
which is also available to our guests. We just park our car in the
heated garage and forget about it. Summer or Winter, Breckenridge
is the place to be. We are centrally located to 5 ski resorts and
in the summer have access to wonderful bike trails, rafting,
shopping at the Silverthorne Outlet stores, gambling at Central
City, fishing, hiking, championship golf and much more!

There were pros and cons to our accommodations--just like any place. We've been to Breck 4 times now and chose this condo because it was "true ski in/ski out." The walk to the closest lift (Quicksilver) wasn't bad but I would not necessarily call this condo ski-in/ski-out. When I have stayed in ski-in/ski-out places before I literally put my skis on just outside the door. The Cedar Townhomes with odd numbers were probably ski-in/ski out but this unit (#4) is not.
Unfortunately, we were given misinformation regarding the location of the management company that had the keys to get in. We went to the place specified by the owner of the condo and the office was vacant. We contacted the management company and were re-directed to the correct address so no harm done. Arrived at the condo--loved the garage for storing our skis and boots. It was, however, too small for our truck. Thankfully there were 3 parking spots just around the corner. I suspect during peak season it might be more difficult to obtain a parking spot so something to consider if you have a larger vehicle.
The condo is a tri-level which we liked even though getting our suitcases up three flights of stairs was a challenge when we weren't used to the altitude! The first person awake in the morning could get breakfast and coffee without disturbing the others though. It would have been nice to have some place to put our groceries other than the island counter in the kitchen. The cabinets are pretty full. Just a thought.
There were plenty of blankets and pillows and comfortable sleeping arrangements. I did notice that the master bedroom nightstand and lamp are very dusty (at least on my side, left). There were also wrappers and other items underneath the chairs in the living room that the cleaning company evidently didn't find. We always check underneath furniture when we leave to make sure nothing of ours rolled away and found old items from previous renters maybe? Additionally, the smell of Carpet Fresh was over-powering upon arrival.
Proximity to Main St was great--about 1/2 mile walk. Location of the pool/hot tub was just down the road. Having 3 bathrooms and a washer/dryer was nice. We especially enjoyed playing the board game Sorry every night! Thanks to the owners for stocking fun games.
Overall, it was okay. Like I said, some pros and some cons.
The Cedars Townhomes are located steps from the Quicksilver Super 6 lift on Peak 9. There isn’t another townhouse property in Breckenridge that is regarded as more ski-in and ski-out.
Our property manager changed their location between the time the guests originally made their reservation and their check-in. Two emails were sent informing them of the change of address.
There is a multi-level shelving unit in the laundry room that is meant to be used as a food pantry. We strive to have a well-stocked kitchen so the kitchen cupboards aren’t bare!
Our cleaning staff has been forwarded these comments and we have deep cleans routinely scheduled.

A great place to stay! Right next to the slopes - about 150 steps to the quicksilver lift. Also a quick 1/4 mile walk to downtown. Everything you need for a home away from home.
Connie, Glad you had a great stay and enjoyed the location. That was a BIG part of why we wanted to own at the Cedars! I always say, close to the lift AND town, a great convenience especially if you don't have a vehicle. Hope you will think of staying with us again if you have the chance to return to Breck!
Great 2 Bedroom Ski In/Out
This was one of the best Ski in/out condo's my wife and I have ever been to. Great location, great condo and awesome owners to work with. Loved our stay. ⛷⛷⛷

We had a great vacation from start to finish! This condo is in an excellent location, ski right out to the Quick Silver Lift or walk into town for shopping, good food and drinks! It was really nice to have our own attached garage, great for storing all the skis and boot bags as most condos don't usually have enough room for everything. We would recommend this condo and we hope to stay there again next year!

We had a great stay over Christmas. The place is in a perfect spot. Ski in/out and a short walk to the town. The condo was very clean and Shereen was great to work with. We will definitely stay here again.
This was our first time to Breckenridge and we had a wonderful time for 8 days in January. Great location - the condo is very convenient to the slopes, restaurants, and shopping. Shereen is excellent to work with - very helpful in the planning process. Upon check-in we found that the previous renter had broken a chair in the living room. Shereen came and picked up the chair, had it repaired, and returned it in 2 days. It was a delight to meet her in person.
