Fantastic view

  • 5 of 5

The view from the main level (kitchen, great room, master bedroom) is wonderful.

The dock accommodated our boat and also was an easy launch for the kayaks provided. The setting was peaceful and relaxing. We were a short distance to the Legacy trail, Nokomis beach, Venice restaurants and shops, tennis and golf.

Cindy was very attentive and responsive to any needs we had.

We were so impressed with the Nokomis/Venice that we are actively pursuing a home purchase and will move from our home in Kentucky.

Great week with the family

  • 5 of 5

We loved the house. It was very well laid out. The location on Nola bay is great. The kids fished off of the pier and kayaked. It was close to Nokomis beach .

Great House for Families

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely week at this house as two families with four kids ranging in ages 6-13. There was plenty to do to keep everyone busy and happy. The house was well stocked, clean, and welcoming. We very much enjoyed the quieter aspects of being in Nokomis as this house offers a safe neighborhood for the kids to bike, coffee while watching the sunrise over the bay, etc. But, if getting to-and-from Siesta Key beach / restaurants is a priority, it's a bit far and the traffic makes it pretty unappealing. We enjoyed the week in this home very much and look forward to heading back next year.

Owner's Response: So glad you had a restful week. Siesta Key and traffic is at peak during March but most of the year it’s a 15 minute drive. Glad the traffic has not scared you off! Cindy

Amazing Week

  • 5 of 5

Three generations of our family spent the week at this lovely home. From the first day to the last we enjoyed beautiful views, perfect weather, and total comfort. From the hot tub, the kayaks, and the bicycles there was little that we wanted. Cindy was the best, always answered our questions and took care of any issue that arose promptly and was very helpful.

We enjoyed watching dolphins and water birds in Dona Bay, beautiful sunsets, and one sunrise from the patio.

We discovered many new spots to visit in our future trips to this area. We will definately be returning to this area for future vacations.

It had all the conveniences we needed, plus more. It was very comfortable and felt like home. We enjoyed the beautiful setting on Dona Bay, the neighborhood, and the layout and the roominess of the house. It was convenient to many delicious restaurants, fun shopping, interesting sites and golf.

Waterfront Living

  • 5 of 5

The pictures are very accurate, the house is very clean and well appointed. We took advantage of all of the amenities, kayaks, bicycles,

hot tub and the dock (we rented a boat). Watching the sunrise on Dona bay was special. Our grandchildren caught fish of the dock and we saw dolphins swimming in the bay. Cindy was extremely helpful and available at all times. We will be back, Bill & Annette
