About Craig Crosby, Owner/Manager
We have been in San Diego since 1994 and bought this house in 2004. We absolutely love this house and the neighborhood. We both work in Downtown San Diego and still live in the area, despite having outgrown this house when our family grew.

Why Craig Crosby, Owner/Manager chose South Park
After months of home searching, we fell in love with this house as soon as we saw it. It has charm, a good vibe, and is welcoming. We have outgrown the house since having a 2nd child, as well as family visiting from out of state on occasion. When it was time for more space, we weren't ready to let go of this little gem of a house. We decided to hang on to it and give others a chance to enjoy it for a few years. We may well return to it once our nest is empty.

Great neighbourhood and home!
We had a wonderful stay and found the home had everything we needed for a week’s stay with our two kids. South Park Brewing Co and Buona Forchetta were excellent spots a 10 minute walk. A very family friendly area and city overall. We’ll return again!
Super cozy house
My husband and I rented this property for 4 days for our anniversary. We have some friends in the area and wanted a space big enough to have them over for drinks but also wanted it to be cozy for the two of us. The house was perfect. Very cute and inviting. The area is very unique with all the different Craftsman style houses. There are restaurants, a gas station and a target express all within walking distance. Very quick uber ride to Gas lamp and Liberty station. The hot tub was great too!!
An easy visit to South Park
Everything we needed for a visit to the South Park area was waiting for us at the bungalow on Ivy Street. The walkable neighborhood is very peaceful and we found plenty nice restaurants and grocery stores just a short walk away. It's close enough to the major connectors that moving around the city from the location was a breeze. The property was satisfactory in all areas and we'll certainly consider it our "go to" for future trips.
Adorable house, awesome hosts and amazing location!
Cute house, great neighborhood
This house was perfect for our Christmas-time stay in San Diego. It was one of the most well-equipped vacation rentals I’ve stayed in and was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen is great, the neighborhood is quiet but vibrant, and the house, although small, has a great flow from the front to the back yard, so feels more spacious than it is. The location is also central—about 10 minutes to Balboa Park and downtown, and in a very walkable neighborhood with Target and a 7-11 a couple of blocks away. The owner/manager is very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
The house was simply adorable!
On our arrival we were greeted by Donna, her two children and a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers. Our stay at the house was one of our best yet in San Diego. The house was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The yard was just the right size for my girls to play and the jacuzzi was a hit with the whole family. Love love love the French doors in the back of the house which allowed the cool night time air to come in. The house was equipped with all the necessary items we needed to cook and clean. We highly recommend giving this charming house a try. We look forward to staying here again.
Thank you Craig and Donna for everything.
