Oasis is my lovely, spacious ground floor apartment with designated parking right outside the apartment front door, in a converted 1950s Pontiac dealership - right in the heart of Downtown. We have TWO bedrooms (especially popular with wives of snoring husbands or singles/collegues travelling together) HOA says maximum of four guests per booking - including children.
Oasis was fully decorated to bring out the best from the 13 foot ceilings and two huge cathedral windows and you will love having plenty of room in this lovely apartment. The open plan kitchen dining area makes staying here convenient and easy.
Step into everything Wilmington has to offer; riverfront boardwalk, historic district, Convention center, shops and restaurants all moments away, then come back into the quiet to recharge. YOUR DESIGNATED PARKING SPACES ARE RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR so you can experience City living without the stress of constantly trying to find a space to park or coins for the meter.
Fancy a day at Wrightsville Beach ? go up one block, turn left and stay on the same road until you see the sea- it's as easy as that and I leave a couple of beach chairs and towels.
Romantic getaway or convenient base for couples traveling together. Child at UNCW? - perfect place when visiting or graduation.
Conference center delegate -0.4 miles to Conference Center
Hilton wedding and conference center 2 mins walk away.
Finish/start lines for downtown marathons are a easy walking distance.
Oasis is set up as to be perfect as a quiet retreat in the heart of Downtown Wilmington therefore if you are looking to party Oasis is NOT the right choice for your holiday. We no longer take bookings from groups of unrelated guests in their teens and early 20s.

All quotes and bookings will apply 13% Room Occupancy Tax (State of NC and City of Wilmington payable on all Hotel or Vacation rentals)
March to November we are normally unable to accommodate Saturday arrivals or departures.
Jan - 1 night minimum
Feb/March - 1 night minimum unless includes a Saturday then 2 night minimum.
April /May 2 night minimum if includes a Saturday
June/July 3 night minimum unless includes a Saturday then 4 night minimum.
August/Sept/Oct 2 night minimum
Bookings are not taken more than 8 months ahead. (For Example 15th Nov can be booked from March 16th onwards) this allows us to minimize cancellations and continue to stay open.
Christmas Day 2 night minimum
One Tree Hill Conventions 3 night minimum
Azalea/ Easter 4 night minimum
Independence 5 night minimum
Thanksgiving 3 night minimum

Oasis is also used by our family and our daughter has severe allergy to dogs so please ensure guests dont bring their pets into apartment. The HOA also doesn't allow dogs at Pontiac Place

About Sarah Green
I'm English!!!! It's always a surprise to people who have been dealing with me by email when they get to talk to me, so I thought I should mention it. It also explains why lots of English/British stuff appears in the apartment. My photo was taken on my 50th birthday in 2013 at Cowboy Stadium because I am true blue both sides of the Atlantic, being both a Chelsea and a Dallas Cowboys Fan. I like to make Oasis welcoming for your visit, so when making an inquiry do let me know a little about your plans while in Wilmington. We have helped set up secret proposals, flowers, cakes and even rose petals leading the way to the bedroom..... but what happens in Oasis stays in Oasis so enough said about that!!

Why Sarah Green chose Riverfront
Moved here from England in 2006 because after looking at whole of United State ( it's big y'all) we decided on not too hot and not too cold, where everyday you can sit outside at a cafe and enjoy a coffee. After having a least one of my five kids in elementary and middle school for 19 years, the last two got to High school and started to drive so Oasis is my new baby! I've run it for over six years now and having so much fun leasing it to lots of interesting people, it hardly feels like working.( but don't tell my hubby!!)
What makes this Condo unique
I love Oasis because 10 foot windows run the whole width and so it is flooded with light. Because of its unique position, three sides don't have a neighbor so it's private and quiet and having the designated parking right outside is great. I still find it hard to believe I'm right in the middle of downtown.

Lovely property with access to everything
We loved staying at Oasis during my work conference. The condo was spacious and clean and the perfect home base for my family. It is easily walkable to the river front, shops and the best restaurants in town. The owner, Sarah, was so thoughtful and responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Not only is it an AMAZING place, it’s also the little things...
The condo, the furnishings, the location & the price all speak for themselves. A+ & 5 Stars all the way! But then Sarah takes it above and beyond by doing little things that may seem petty but are so thoughtful like writing a personalized welcome message & leaving yummy shortbread cookies, but my absolute favorite is always having a brand new dish sponge at the kitchen sink. Yes yes yes! Because who thinks I want to use a sponge that I don’t know where it’s been?! Sarah, thank you for being an amazing host! 3 times to the Oasis and no doubt there will be a 4th later this year.

Great downtown property
