Rainwater collected on site supplies 100% of water. All for less than a five-star hotel!

Bar-None Ranch is on a wooded hillside with a deck looking out into the trees. You can see deer, racoons, possums and foxes from your window. Look at the stars from the hot tub, wander the shops in Wimberley Square, or relax with wine on the deck after a day in Austin. Sign up for a Wimberley Zipline Adventure or shop at the huge outlet mall in San Marcos. The San Antonio Riverwalk is about one hour's drive. Check your email and then watch a movie on the big screen TV.

About the owner: We are a retired couple living on the property. We enjoy providing our guests with everything they need, from a bottle of wine to plenty of towels for the hot tub. And we are nearby to help!

We are new to Texas, and we chose Wimberley for its peace and seclusion in a location near Austin and San Antonio. We didn't know these wooded rolling hills existed in Texas until we found Wimberley. As we meet local people, we find lots of talented and famous folks living quietly here in the woods.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love the hills, trees, and wildlife of this property, even though it's only a mile to town. There is usually a gentle breeze coming up the hill to the deck. Deer come to eat the grass and drink from the trough outside the kitchen window. This is what relaxation is about!
