Why Owner/Manager chose Beacon Hill
112 Myrtle St is perfectly located in the heart of Beacon Hill. We like to offer this building especially to those who are going to MGH hospital.
What makes this Apartment unique
Boston being a very small and dense city. Getting a two bedroom unit is very hard to come across.
Great value on Beacon Hill!
This apartment worked great for our family of four for a week. It is cozy but functional. The kitchen is fine for light meals and snacks - it could handle a bigger dinner if slightly better equipped with cookware and utensils. The bathroom is small with a stand up shower stall with lower headroom (around six and a half feet or so) but that was fine for us. It is an easy walk to Whole Foods and smaller drug and convenience stores, there's a great kids playground a couple blocks away, and many great places to eat close by as well. Convenient to 3 different T lines (red at Charles MGH, blue at Bodoin, green at Park). Being on the first floor with older windows we could sometimes hear voices outside or other street noise but the neighborhood is generally very quiet and this was not a problem for us. The area always felt safe even when walking with my son back from a red sox game after 11p one night. Would definitely stay here again unless we intended to cook in a lot or were travelling with people with mobility issues as there is a decent flight of steps up into the building. For those who intend to spend most of their time out sightseeing and enjoying the city you won't find a better value!
Great location for a central Boston visit.
With four adults, property would have been tight if we needed to spend a lot of time there. Worked well for overnights after having been out all day.
