We've had such a great time and all agree that your house is the best we've had (and we've had quite a few)! It's really unusual to get a place with two equal master suites. Linda and I chose upstairs by the way as we thought it was nice and bright and had a fun 'den' like.
The location was more convenient than expected. The buses are great aren't they. We even walked to and from the City Market and Grog Shop with our supplies.
We really enjoyed this quaint house! The location was great. It really accommodated us 8 adults no problem. The only (minor) thing was we wish the hot tub was hot, or told it was cold, so we would know to turn it on before we tried to jump in! Otherwise, the stay was perfect.
A perfect place to stay. An easy walk to the close by park, on to the John Denver Center and then town. Very nice to be close to town, but in a lovely peaceful house with a yard for the kids to play in. Everything is in good repair, the beds are comfortable, the patio is a great place to eat meals, the furnishings are comfortable. A very relaxing, vacation. Emily and Cecilia were very responsive and easy to work with. We would love to stay there again next year. Thanks so much Janis G and Family
This property was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the yard was large and beautiful. Our group had plenty of space within the four private bedrooms, as well as within the large main living space. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I will definitely book this house again for an Aspen vacation!
My wife and I stayed here with our two young kiddos and we loved this place. There is a really nice hot tub, plenty of deck/patio space, and plenty of room to comfortably sleep a family of our size plus 4 more (at least). It's tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood but walk 5 minutes and you're right in the thick of it in Aspen. The impressive trail system is right nearby and the Roaring Fork is at most a 5 minute walk away. We found a great park for the kiddos right nearby and would stay here again without question. Loved it!
The house was even better than we had hoped. We were two couples and usually one of us needs to compromise, but here we got two equal, very private, ensuite bedrooms plus a fantastic amount of comfortable and cosy shared space. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was good as we ate in and had a 'house party' most nights. The tub was spacious and convenient to get at from both the main bedroom and the front door.
The walk to the bus was even shorter than billed (two minutes in ski boots) with a bus every 20 minutes. The connections to all four mountains were quick and convenient too. If you rent skis with Four Mountain you hand them in at the base of the slope and they transport them to the foot of whichever mountain you choose for the next day's skiing. Makes the bus even easier.
The walk to town and the excellent City Market and Grog Shop took us seven minutes (not in ski boots). Our car sat on the drive all week.
We've rented houses in most US ski resorts and this was by far our favourite and probably the best value for money too.
Access to all four mountains for skiing/snowboarding is very very easily accessible from this location. Also epic road and mountain bike rides right out the front door. Great family park on river just blocks away. Great access to hiking trails also only blocks away.
