This property has a great open concept floor plan with it's fully remodeled kitchen with beautiful quartz counters, soft closed cabinets, stainless appliances and all the gadgets a cook could desire! Kitchen opens to the six seat dining area and living room which is just off the screened patio and large fenced backyard where you can enjoy a BBQ with family and friends or a glass of wine or coffee on the lanai. Welcoming and comfortable town house! Well stocked to make our stay even easier! Location was 15" drive to WEF and even closer to many shopping centers! Quiet neighborhood made it easy to relax in sunny backyard. Hoping to return next year!

Very Nice...One problem, Steps to upstairs.
Very nice home. Location a bit sketchy. We had no problems. Not the nicest part of Wellington. Be aware this is a 2 story home. We did not know this and we had a person who could not do the steps. He and his wife stayed for 2 weeks and we rented a rollaway bed and he had to get washed up in the downstairs powder room. He had 2 weeks with no shower. They were going to stay 4 weeks but they couldn't deal with no shower and rollaway bed for 2 more weeks, sooo they went home early. Unfortunately.
It is important that the person who searches for properties and makes the reservation (in this case Ron), clarifies the needs of the entire party (including you and your husband) and review potential listings with all guests well in advance. As clearly noted in the listing Property Type this is a TOWNHOUSE (a universal listing term for multi-story) AND the pictures clearly show a 2 story with windows on second floor above the lanai. I describe under AMENITIES – BEDROOM DETAILS the following statement, “all 3 bedrooms are located upstairs on the second floor.” If this was a KEY point of clarity that needed to be confirmed, I would have expected Ron to discuss those needs with me well in advance of his reservation. Ron and I spoke on the phone at minimum 5 times over the course of the past year in which he pre-booked my rental. Though he inquired about his pet needs and package delivery needs, a need for a single story unit, NEVER came up. Telling me the day your party arrives on site that you THOUGHT my rental was a single story (not sure how anyone could have assumed that based on both descriptions and pictures) does not leave me as the landlord/owner any time to properly accommodate your needs. I pride myself on getting to know the needs of my tenants so they can enjoy their stay.
With respect to location. You said you did not have any problems. However, I am not clear what you meant by "sketchy". Wellington is made up of a very diverse community. My daughters attended the same Elbridge Gale School around the corner with many of the residents of this neighborhood. As an 11 year resident of Wellington myself, I can assure you the safety of this townhouse community in which my rental resides. I also know many of the town council members and neighbors very well and as you will also see from my online feedback the location is not only a quiet community but very close to WEF show grounds, shopping/dining amenities and less than a mile to the Wellington Town Center.
Fabulous town home, close to WEF
This town home was exactly as pictured, well appointed and clean. The Owner was responsive to our questions before and during our stay. We rented this property while attending WEF and it was close to the horse park, restaurants and shopping. Our only regret is that we were only able to stay for 10 days! Highly recommend
Wonderful 3 Bedroom in Wellington
Lori’s house has become a home away from home! This was our second stay there. Exactly as pictured, and promised to be. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Lori’s house is immaculate and she’s terrifically accommodating. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

4.2 miles and 5 min drive to WEF - Wellington Equestrian Festival grounds. Less than a 1 mile to Wellington Town Center with Amphitheater, park, Aquatics Center for swimming. Do not miss weekly concerts on Amphitheater grounds, Saturday Farmers Market and Thursday Food Truck Invasion. All within 10 min walk or 1 mile drive to Town Center. 30 min drive to nearest beach.

Rent includes furnishings, towels, linens, insurance -does not cover personal property, lawn maintenance and extermination. Cleaning products, paper products and dish/laundry soap are provided for nightly and weekly renters only. $30/night per approved Pet fee (max $250). Please let owner know if you plan to bring a pet, the bread and the pet's age. No dogs under 1 year..no puppies. All dogs must be fully house trained. Note this fee is added by the owner to your quote in order to avoid pet fee from being added to ALL QUOTES, initially. Renter pays additional monthly utilities to include water, electric, and cable bills for stays 28 NIGHTS or MORE (monthly). Utilities will be added for stays 28 NIGHTS or MORE (monthly) or when a discounted monthly rate is applied at $325 per month. Renter pays monthly taxes of 13% (7% NEWLY UPDATED sales plus 6% tourist development tax) for 6 months or less rental agreements (<181 days). No taxes required for agreements greater than 6 months. For longer term rentals, renter may choose option of weekly or bi-weekly cleaning service of $150 per week. There is a mandatory $200 cleaning fee upon exit. Owner reserves the right to charge $50 more per night for more than 5 adult renters (not including children under 18). Refundable $500 Damage deposit may be used for the following, but not limited to: - excessive cleaning upon exiting property to include un-cleaned grill or from pets - damaged property, including pets - unreturned items such as unreturned keys, unreturned remotes (garage, ceiling fans, cable), - any unauthorized tenants, vehicles or pets residing in property - items taken from property (ie. towels, hair dryer, kitchen items, etc) Damage deposits are refunded within 5 business days from exit. There is a $25 fee for cleaning the exterior grill if not properly cleaning after use.
