Access to skiing and snowboarding in the winter is simple via the gondola (Peak 7 or 8) or bus (Peak 7, 8, and 9). You can also use them in the summer to access hiking and mountain biking or the Breckenridge Summer Fun Park on Peak 8. Finally, there are a host of paved and unpaved hiking trails that literally leave from the nearest corner.
The home is located at the north end of Main St, meaning that all of the restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops in downtown Breckenridge are a convenient stroll away. Since parking is onsite (2 car garage + 2 driveway spots), you never have to worry about where to leave your vehicles.

The home has 3 levels that flow well together, but also provide separation when desired.
The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining with the entry, dining, living, and kitchen areas seamlessly flowing from one to another. Guests can lounge in the living room, enjoying the gas fire place, watching TV (with a huge range of channels available, including most sports), take a nap on the sleeper sofa, or simply gazing out the huge windows at the Breckenridge ski area and surrounding mountains. A large dining table and 4 countertop bar seats ensure that all guests have a place to eat, drink, and socialize. You can even entertain outside with the large wrap-around deck facing north and west. Comfy seats and a heat lamp make it comfortable year round. When it is time to leave the house, the large mudroom is the perfect place to put on all your gear. It has 8 cubbies, a large shelf and bench, and 10+ coat hooks. The mudroom leads directly to the 2-car, heated garage.
There is a quiet master suite with a walk-in closet and double vanity bath, a second private outdoor deck (connected to the whole home audio), flat screen TV, and a loft desk (in case you actually have to do work while here). Since this is the only bedroom on the upper level, it's more private and perfect for one or two guests who would like their own space.

A second bedroom with a large closet, flat screen TV, and full bath. Although completely private, the proximity to the master suite makes it perfect for young families who may have a napper or young sleeper not ready for a bunk. The bed in this room is a queen size.
Bunk room: kids and fun-loving adults immediately fall in love with this space. Two twin-size bunk beds provide 4 sleeping berths with shared access to the full bath of the second bedroom. The flat screen TV and Blu-ray player make it a great space to watch movies and hang out. Note that the bunk room does not have a door that closes it off completely -- it is not a 4th bedroom.
Laundry: if you need to do a little washing while on vacation, the full size washer and drier are conveniently located downstairs as well.
Pets: no pets, but service animals are permitted. Please advise owner when making reservation.
