Charleston is a walking city and you’ll enjoy your strolls to fine restaurants, museums, theaters, antique shops, art galleries, and locally owned boutiques. Many of our historic homes are open for tours as you browse around the city. Take a tour by horse and carriage, visit the aquarium, take a boat ride out to Ft. Sumter, or the dinner boat cruise around the harbor. Park your car in our off-street parking lot and forget it until you’re ready to leave.

Located two blocks from the Market, this unit is in the heart of one of the most beautiful cities in the country. There is a living room with a balcony, kitchen, bath, and one very large bedroom. The bedroom includes one queen size bed, and the living room includes a pull-out sofa. Explore the city in the morning, cool off in the swimming pool in the afternoon, then go upstairs for a nap before heading out to dinner.

You’ll enjoy a quiet vacation and rest easily in this residential condominium knowing you have a secured entrance.

The kitchen is fully equipped including cookware and dinnerware. Linens are furnished. Cable television is provided as well as internet access. There is also an elevator, and a washer and dryer are available on site for your use. The swimming pool is open during the Spring and Summer.

The beach is just a short, fifteen minute drive away as well as several golf courses, tennis courts, and parks. It’s just a 15 minute drive to the Charleston Airport, two minutes to MUSC, and a short walk to the College of Charleston. The unit is 1 block from the Harris Teeter supermarket and directly across the street from a bank (SunTrust) ATM.

Excellent rental!

We stayed in this condo from the middle of February to the middle of March for the second year in a row. Two years before, we stayed in the owner's adjoining condo. Although the exterior and common hallways are nothing impressive, the condo, furnishings, amenities and service was excellent. The location couldn't be better---2.5 blocks from the Market, .5 mile from the Battery and Marion Square and so much more within easy walking distance. A designated off-street parking place is worth a bunch in Charleston. The condo is well decorated, well equipped , and very comfortable. We might suggest that the owner add a night-stand on the window side of the king-sized bed and an end table/stand next to the pull-out sofa. Our only service requests ( 2 burned out light bulbs) were promptly taken care of by the owner's staff. Communications with the owner's staff throughout the whole process couldn't have been better. We hope to visit again!

Great place

This is a great, big apartment, with a truly excellent kingsize bed, bathroom, and living area. The bedroom alone is larger than many places. The kitchen has everything you need. Living room is comfortable, with a good television if you stay in. Parking is easy, and location is extremely convenient. Best place we've ever stayed in Charleston.

Has it all!

Lovely property just steps from downtown. The condo has everything anyone could possibly need, except food. For that, there's a supermarket across the street. But why buy food when one restaurant is better than the next and it's all within a couple of city blocks.

Location Location Location

As you can tell from the title of the review the location is fantastic. You are steps away from the open air market with shopping, tours, dinning and drinks. The waterfront is 2 blocks from the door step and the College of Charleston is just a 10 minute walk to the main campus (perfect for visiting parents). The condo was clean and well stocked with linens and paper goods.

The only negatives I could say are:

We did not use the pool but the pool area was smaller then it appears on the website.

The advertised time of check in and check out was different online then what we received in our confirmation email and what was posted at the condo. The web said check in 3:00pm and check out 11:00am. The confirmation email and condo said check in at 4:00 and check out at 10:00am.

Overall it was a fantastic experience! And we thank the owners for sharing this outstanding place. We connected with old friends, made new friends and got ENGAGED!

Great place and perfect location.

Thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay. Unit was very clean with plenty of linens and staples. Well stocked kitchen even though we never cooked, only made coffee in the morning which was thoughtfully provided. Roomy and spacious, also enjoyed the small balcony. Had never been to Charleston and took a guess on which area to stay...and couldn't have picked a better spot. Turn left out of building and Harris Teeter grocery store just a short walk...turn right and you are right in the thick of things. Restaurants, bars, shops, wharf, historic areas and sights. We only used our car once to attend a wedding on Folly Beach, which was only about a 25 minute drive. If we had one small suggestion it would be to possibly add a full length mirror. Our stay was perfect and if we are lucky enough to return someday, we wouldn't hesitate staying there again.

The outside of the building and hallways nothing special, but the inside of the apartment nice.

It was very nice having an apartment type place to stay while in Charleston especially having children. The location is wonderful! We found the apartment nicely decorated and comfortable. Overall it was setup for needs including the kitchen. We have recommended to the owner a TV in the bedroom for when the children are put to bed in the pullout in the living room. It was also very nice having a balcony. The pool was nice to have as an option and we did use it. But the pool deck could be setup and kept cleaner. Overall it was a very nice experience for a reasonable price especially considering location, the proximity to the market, restaurants, and including a parking spot in the downtown.
