Our beautiful 3 bedroom home has the most stunning panoramic views in town. Every room in the house faces the view except the back bedroom (2 twins). From the "sunset deck" you can see almost all the most famous rock formations in the area. Just imagine yourselves enjoying a beautiful sunset or stargazing with your favorite beverage and special someone on the panoramic deck.

The home will accommodate 8. There is a master bedroom upstairs (HDTV) with a king bed and an adjoining room with 2 twin beds and an upper level balcony. Beautiful views from both decks.

The downstairs has 2 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and HDTV and the other bedroom with 2 twins.

The kitchen has a dining area and door to the front deck with fabulous views. There is a very nice private dining room for a special meal with friends or family. There is an ornate large dinner table made from iron and a large slab of local red rock.

There is a nice sized backyard, with spa and BBQ. Lay back and enjoy Sedona's beautiful weather in Adirondack chairs.

On a cool evening, light up the gas fireplace or enjoy a hot soak in the spa. Or why not do both? This is a beautiful property with the scenic view that every vacationer wants to have when they come to Sedona.

We were ecstatic to have the opportunity to purchase our dream vacation home in 2005. Sedona is simply the most perfect vacation destination and this home is in the ideal location. It has everything within a stone's throw: red rock trail heads, the entrance to Oak Creek Canyon, and restaurants and shopping within walking distance. All of this combined with one of the best views in the area. We still pinch ourselves whenever we visit this home. Believe us when we say, "whatever your pleasure, this house has it". You'll never have a dull moment during your stay or a better vacation. Sedona is wonderful any time of year.

Fantastic customer service

I am writing this review even though I was unable to make the trip and thus did not stay in the property. I unfortunately had to cancel less than 60 days out and expected to forfeit my payment, but Bart worked very hard to re-rent the property and succeeded. He reimbursed me a generous amount. He was sympathetic and responsive. A truly nice man!

Owner's Response: Thank you! We work very hard to make things right no matter what issue arises. We travel a lot and have used various booking sites to book many many vacations over the years. I have serious medical issues and we've also had to cancel many many times. Our biggest frustration has been late cancellations and having to lose our entire rent. Hosts and resorts have claimed they will try and re-rent our days, but it has never happened and we've always felt we were being given lip service. Once we started hosting, we made a vow to try and recoup as much of the guests' money as we possibly can in the event of a late cancellation. We derive a great deal of satisfaction in returning these funds. Bart & Brooke

Thanksgiving 2017

Excellent views, easy walking access to "uptown" and good, concise instructions on staying at the home. The house was home to two families over Thanksgiving 2017, including four adults and four small children. In addition, another four adults and another child were easily accommodated for a few of our meals together. All agreed that the home was an excellent choice and an excellent value for the time sent there.

Owner's Response: Thank you, John. We really enjoyed hosting your family. A large percentage of our repeat guests stay again and again due to the reasons you've listed. Families, in particular, return for holidays. Holiday periods usually book a year in advance. Our home was originally rented primarily by the month and is set up for extended or short stays. In fact, we purchased and remodeled our home for our eventual retirement. It is impossible to ever tire of the views or the convenient location.

Fabulous Views and Location

Lovely home with fabulous views and a very convenient location. The five of us enjoyed our time in Sedona and in this home. Please do note, the front door is up a flight of stairs so the home is not handicapped accessible for individuals with mobility issues.

Owner's Response: Nancy, Thank you for your comments. For future guests' knowledge, our home is on a hillside, creating wonderful views, but also stairs. There are stairs from the garage to the main level (2 bedrooms) and stairs to the top level. The only thing on the top level is the main master bedroom, the semi-private 4th bedroom, and a bath. Once you are on the main level, most everything is on this floor, including the kitchen, main view deck, and is level with back yard and tub.

Will never rent this home again, terribly misadvertised

Bugs,. Heavily soiled furniture. No A/C upstairs, could not sleep in bedrooms, even while trying to use box fans. Driveway so steep had to park vehicle at bottom of hill on side of road (not very pleasant lugging suitcases and groceries uphill). Mattresses downstairs were like sleeping on a box spring, (very cheap quality), worn bedding/linens and flat worn pillows. Bathroom brass fixtures peeling/corroded. Mismatched blinds in living room would not role up to view mountains, lamp with exposed wiring. Inoperable ice maker. When I notified owner, with supporting pictures documenting some of the issues, I was shocked by his repeated response that the repairs were costly and he couldn’t afford to put any more money into maintaining the property, and they live in Oregon. Went on and on how people loved their place. He had no regrets in renting without disclosing the rental conditions, even though he was aware the issues existed. This was my first bad experience renting a VRBO property, so disappointed. Willing to offer pictures upon request.

Owner's Response: In 12 years of renting our Sedona home, this guest stands alone and we ask you to read all reviews. Normally, if a guest has any issue, we are contacted and it is addressed promptly. We did not hear anything from guest until a week after check out when we started receiving threatening emails. I contacted guest promptly to gain an understanding, but she was rude and hung up on me. My only conclusion is she developed some sort of personal vendetta against our home and us personally. In her review, she has contorted our brief conversation to suit her narrative. In a perfect world, we would take the high road and simply move on, but to do so would mean ignoring her inaccuracies and her hurtful approach. We’ve met with our maintenance and housekeeping crews to discuss issues raised and they were as dumbfounded as us. We’ve never had a guest in 12 years mention anything similar, but still feel obligated to respond. MIS-ADVERTISED: Look at our pictures and read all our reviews. What you see is exactly what you get and guests tell us this all the time. BUGS: We have a regular pest service. Never has been mentioned before. CLEANLINESS: Regular deep cleanings, as well as thorough cleaning after each guest. We get 5 stars every time in reviews. A/C: ?. Large A/C unit supplies house. We have suggestions in house instructions on efficient use. I’m not sure if guest understood thermostat or what A/C looks like. DRIVEWAY: Yes, driveway is steep, but there is a 2 car attached garage to park in. Steep = view. MATTRESSES: Mattresses were expensive. My guess is guest equates pillow-top with quality. Ours are not pillow-top. EXPOSED WIRING: ?. If you can find it, please let us know. We’ll replace immediately. ICE MAKER: Leak occurred once, creating $65,000 in damages and closing house for 8 months. Will never allow one in a rented home again. REPAIRS COSTLY: ?. Guest told us to replace hot tub. I mentioned that everyone seems to think it is fine and that is a $10,000+ expense. This is the only time repair expenses were discussed. We’ve remodeled to the tune of $100,000+ over the years. REGRETS: Rental conditions? Guests continually remark “I wish we could live here”. Take our word, guest reviews find it a very nice home. After our short conversation on the phone (post stay) and being hung up on, I can only conclude the guest is simply an unhappy person. This review is a fabrication and has been hurtful to us and our crew who work so hard to maintain home.

Great place

We were three couples. We had sufficient privacy with three bedrooms and plenty of room to enjoy when "coming home" after our daily hiking. The house is in a perfect location with an easy walk to downtown yet far enough away to have peace and quiet. We really enjoyed the deck over the front of the house with unbelievable views and the privacy of the back area with grille and hot tub.

Good Location in Sedona

We enjoyed the spaciousness of this house for our Girls Trip. Also took advantage of the location, easy to walk to yoga, cafes, shops, etc.

The hot tub was a big plus after a day of hiking or touring.

This home is close to everything Sedona has to offer. Tlaquepaque, the well known arts and crafts village, patterned after a town in Guadalahara. Fine restaurants and art galleries are also a short walk. There are hiking trails within walking distance and close to the entrance of Oak Creek Canyon, where one can can hike , picnic, or swim at the nearby Slide Rock or Grasshopper Point Parks. If you are a hiker , go up to the beautiful Westfork hiking area. A must do and a way to keep cool.
