2 blocks from famous Uptown Sedona, the primary retail/restaurant area of Sedona. Our beautiful 3 bedroom home has the most stunning panoramic views in town. Every room in the house faces the view except the back bedroom (2 twins). From the "sunset deck" you can see almost all the most famous rock formations in the area. Just imagine yourselves enjoying a beautiful sunset or stargazing with your favorite beverage and special someone on the panoramic deck.

The home will accommodate 8. There is a master bedroom upstairs (HDTV) with a king bed and an adjoining room with 2 twin beds and an upper level balcony. Beautiful views from both decks.

The downstairs has 2 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and HDTV and the other bedroom with 2 twins.

The kitchen has a dining area and door to the front deck with fabulous views. There is a very nice private dining room for a special meal with friends or family. There is an ornate large dinner table made from iron and a large slab of local red rock.

There is a nice sized backyard, with spa and BBQ. Lay back and enjoy Sedona's beautiful weather in Adirondack chairs.

On a cool evening, light up the gas fireplace or enjoy a hot soak in the spa. Or why not do both? This is a beautiful property with the scenic view that every vacationer wants to have when they come to Sedona.

perfect home, perfect location

Our family of 7 including a pap-pap and 4 teens stayed for 5 days for a New Year getaway. This home was the perfect location with amazing views and we would definitely return! We've stayed in many condos/homes, and this was probably one of the most well-stocked we've been in. Didn't have to worry about garage bags, dish soap, etc. We used Sedona as a central location for the Grand Canyon, Jerome, and shopping. Splurged on the Pink Jeep tour and loved every minute here! Owners responded to questions very quickly and their joy of their home shows!

For anyone reading this who has the opportunity to host Jen, I give them the highest marks as guests. Communication was awesome and we discovered Jen has renovated several homes. We bought this home in 2005 and have been improving it ever since. As we discussed, it is a labor of love. Speaking of the famous Jeep tours, they can be seen from our home driving about Uptown and into the red rock canyons. The Sedona Tourist Center and the Jeep outlets are an easy walk form our location. Thanks again and we hope to see you back.

The home is beautiful, the views are breathtaking and the location is perfect. The owner provided us with wonderful information including restaurants and activity recommendations. They even reached out to us while we were there to see if we needed anything. Top notch! We will definitely be returning to Sedona and this wonderful home.

Home is even more lovely than it looks in the listing, Beautiful view and very convenient to town and hiking. Nice quiet neighborhood. Master bed was firm but very comfortable. We had a great time and would book again.

Regarding the bed, since you left we have added a 3 inch gel/foam topper that our next guests said is "awesome". The original mattress is a very good mattress and we bought it for us, Most love it, but a couple guests have found it firm, so we bought the topper. Now there are options. We try very hard to accommodate all guests' comments and requests. Thank you again for staying with us!

Priced fairly for what you get. Location is great.

- Great location - very short walk into town.

- Great views beyond the power lines.

- Well stocked - plenty of cooking supplies, tp, coffee filters, towels, sheets

- The King bed in the upstairs master is hard. Not firm - HARD. It feels like an old futon mattress. It was so uncomfortable we had to move to the singles in the adjoining room which were too short for an adult male because of the frames on three sides.

- Uneven heat/needs winterizing (we visited in December) - The upstairs master and downstairs bedroom with the two singles/sliding glass doors are cold at night. We could feel the wind coming through the window frames in upstairs master. When we turned up the heat, the other rooms in the house became too hot.

- The cleaning service is lacking. There were cobwebs on several walls, windows were too dirty to enjoy the view.

- Very steep driveway and stairs needed to get into the house. Not a good property for elderly or handicapped.

- Steps to master - Must be aware of step just outside of upstairs master. One of us fell into the railing coming out after the first night. Always turn the light on when using these stairs as well as they are slate, steep and a bit narrow.

Owner's Response: We will address written “cons” individually, but let us first make a statement on behalf of all vacation rental hosts, of which we obviously include ourselves and know many others. We would also like to let guests know we have owned and rented this home for almost 13 years and treat it as anyone treats their baby. This is our “baby” and it has our attention 24/7 365 days of the year. We give endless hours and money to our baby to provide the best possible experience to our guests, always trying to think as if we are the guest. We are a quick message or phone call away and usually respond immediately. Other hosts we know are the same. The reason I bring this up is 95% of our guests love our home as we do and communicate with us those feelings. If any issue arises during their stay, they contact us and we correct it as quickly as possible. Guests who write anything negative in a review are exclusively those we hear nothing from until well after they leave. So...please, please let us know during your stay if there is any issue we can help with. We don’t let our baby stray far. Cons listed in review and our response as follows: Upstairs Bed: we love this bed and so do most guests. It is impossible to suit everyone on firmness of bed, but we are going to try. A topper has been ordered for guests who want a softer feel to this bed. Heating: This is Arizona and this is the first guest in 13 years who has complained of being cold. We provide instructions in house guide to make heating/cooling more efficient. Primarily, please open/close vents as desired. Cleaning: This is the best staff we have ever had. They do an awesome job and most guests compliment us on the cleanliness of our home. Cobwebs? Occasionally, one is going to be missed. Regarding windows, we have them cleaned twice yearly and as needed. We try to catch everything, but sometimes a guest will be there after a storm, etc. We live in Oregon and try our best; just give us a call. We really do try very hard to keep our home as perfect as possible, but perfection is not realistic. Regarding steepness and stairs, that is what creates our SENSATIONAL VIEWS. We often spend all day on the deck staring at the rock formations, particularly at sunrise or sunset. Thank you.

Perfect for extended family get-together!

Two families spent Christmas week here together - four adults and five teenagers/college kids. The location was so convenient - just open the door and walk to whatever suits your fancy: restaurants, shops, art galleries, hiking, running, you name it. Everyone could do exactly as they liked. The house has a unique configuration that worked well for us, giving folks plenty of privacy but also room to congregate for meals, chatting, playing games, etc. It was really ideal.

Thanksgiving 2017

Excellent views, easy walking access to "uptown" and good, concise instructions on staying at the home. The house was home to two families over Thanksgiving 2017, including four adults and four small children. In addition, another four adults and another child were easily accommodated for a few of our meals together. All agreed that the home was an excellent choice and an excellent value for the time sent there.

Families, in particular, return for holidays. Holiday periods usually book a year in advance. Our home was originally rented primarily by the month and is set up for extended or short stays. In fact, we purchased and remodeled our home for our eventual retirement. It is impossible to ever tire of the views or the convenient location.

We were ecstatic to have the opportunity to purchase our dream vacation home in 2005. Sedona is simply the most perfect vacation destination and this home is in the ideal location. It has everything within a stone's throw: red rock trail heads, the entrance to Oak Creek Canyon, and restaurants and shopping within walking distance. All of this combined with one of the best views in the area. We still pinch ourselves whenever we visit this home. Believe us when we say, "whatever your pleasure, this house has it". You'll never have a dull moment during your stay or a better vacation. Sedona is wonderful any time of year.

This home is close to everything Sedona has to offer. Tlaquepaque, the well known arts and crafts village, patterned after a town in Guadalahara. Fine restaurants and art galleries are also a short walk. There are hiking trails within walking distance and close to the entrance of Oak Creek Canyon, where one can can hike , picnic, or swim at the nearby Slide Rock or Grasshopper Point Parks. If you are a hiker , go up to the beautiful Westfork hiking area. A must do and a way to keep cool.
