Built in 2008, this Stoneledge townhome is perfect for your vacation getaway or long weekend at the lake. House has two main floors plus a fully finished basement (terrace level). All bedding in house is Pottery Barn and linens/towels are provided. King master is on main level and has a private bath. Main floor also features luxury kitchen, indoor dining for 10, living room, three-season porch (with TV and windows that open from floor to ceiling), and stainless gas grill. Second floor has two guest rooms: first is a queen guest room with full bath; second is a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds (also with full bath.) Terrace basement is fully finished with 65' flat panel TV, queen bed, full sized air hockey table, foosball table, huge leather quad sectional (new couch arriving July 2018), full fridge/wet bar area, laundry room, and reading nook. Walk-out basement patio. Unit is dog friendly, but an additional fee applies; dogs are not allowed on any of our furniture. There is plenty of parking in our quiet neck of the community (one spot of which is fully dedicated to our unit). You may bring two cars, total. Boats/watercraft are allowed, but cannot stay overnight on Stoneledge docks. You may rent a slip next door at Crooked Creek for just $13/night. Failure to observe the dock rules will result in a $150/day fine from the HOA and immediate eviction with no refunds given.
Lastly, unit is both 'baby ready' and child friendly. We have a clean Graco pack n play and Chicco high chair, toys, books, games, etc. We use our home regularly, and your children are welcome to play with any and all of our children's things as long as they are taken care of and returned to original location at end of stay.
