Built in 2008, this Stoneledge townhome is perfect for your vacation getaway or long weekend at the lake. House has two main floors plus a fully finished basement (terrace level). Original owners never moved in, so essentially it is brand new! All bedding in house is Pottery Barn, linens/towels are provided, and all furniture is new. King master is on main level and has a private bath. Main floor also features luxury kitchen, indoor dining for 11, living room, three-season porch (with TV and windows that open from floor to ceiling), and stainless gas grill. Second floor has two guest rooms: first is a queen guest room with full bath; second is a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds (also with full bath.) Terrace basement is fully finished with 65' flat panel TV, queen bed, full sized air hockey table, foosball table, huge leather quad sectional, full fridge/wet bar area, laundry room, and reading nook. Walk-out basement patio. Unit is dog friendly, but an additional fee applies; dogs are not allowed on any of our furniture. There is plenty of parking in our quiet neck of the community to accommodate as many cars as you bring.

Lastly, unit is both 'baby ready' and child friendly. We have a brand new Graco pack n play and Chicco high chair, baby gates, toys, books, etc. We use our home regularly, and your children are welcome to play with any and all of our children's things as long as they are taken care of and returned to original location at end of stay.

Why Mary Vaca chose Lake Keowee

This house has everything you need! Located within the gated luxury of Stoneledge at Keowee, it offers the ability to relax and get away from it all (if that's what you're looking for) but also meets all of your needs should you need to take care of business (secure wi-fi, Charter cable, nearby shopping, and Stoneledge amenities such as pool, clubhouse, tennis court, walking trails and playground.) The view of the lake is breathtaking, and access couldn't be easier! We have a private dock that you are welcome to swim or fish from. If you are bringing a boat, you must rent a slip next door at Crooked Creek RV park for $13/day. Overnight tie ups are prohibited within all of Stoneledge.

It only took us one trip to Lake Keowee to decide that THIS is where we wanted to make memories with our family. It's the most beautiful, serene lake in the Carolinas or Georgia... over 300 miles of pristine shoreline, and clear blue/green water throughout! In less than ten minutes you can easily access shopping, restaurants, antiques, hiking, waterfalls, movie theatre, etc. Clemson University is just twelve miles down the road. Atlanta is 90 minutes, Greenville 45, and Charlotte 2.5 hours away.

What makes this townhome unique

We chose to buy in Stoneledge at Keowee because of the excellent location right on the lake, and its luxurious accommodations and style. While Stoneledge is not a resort, it certainly makes you feel like you're at one! While on the lake, our home is far enough from the majority of neighbors that we still feel we're afforded additional privacy, peace, and quiet that most are looking for when they come to the lake in the first place! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating.

The BEST place to stay

We have rented several units around Lake Keowee over the last 4 years and nothing compares to the great communication with the owners, wonderful decor, and lovely outdoor living room/porch in this unit. We feel so lucky to be able to stay in such an upscale, clean townhouse for our football weekends. A#1

Awesome house

We had a wonderful time at the lake. With two young children the set up is excellent. The big surprise was how many toys are in the house. There was so much for our 3 and 1 year old to play with it felt like we were in our own house.

The community pool and playground were another big hit. I really liked the quiet pool which was great to play in and swim with both kids. The hikes and sights are all within 30 minutes of the house. Beware that a lot of stuff is closed out of season in this area.

Bring an extra wide baby gate if you have kids you need to keep off the stairs. A normal width one wont be wide enough.

Stoneledge

This is the second time that we have stayed in this home, and it's in the same excellent condition as four years ago! Extremely well stocked and maintained home that is perfect for a relaxing week at the lake. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We will be back for sure (actually in August)! One note (and this is meant as a heads-up, not a complaint): if you are taking a boat with you, you will need to find a place for it at night. Duke Energy doesn't allow you to dock at the end docks at night, and all of the slips are reserved by owners. The Crooked Creek RV park next door lets you rent a slip at around $13/day.

The house is beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. We spent most of our time on the screened porch, which was wonderful. Having three stories was very helpful with us having 3 families so each family had plenty of space. The space was clean, well decorated and very comfy.
