Eliza Ann Jewett home August 2017

  • 5 of 5

The location was perfect. The house was awesome. It had all of the charm of an old historic home with the modern conveniences necessary for a comfortable stay. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Beautiful home and wonderful location!

  • 5 of 5

This home was exactly as presented. Beautifully maintained! We were visiting Savannah for a long weekend with friends. The house was very spacious for 4 couples. The location was ideal and on such a lovely street. We could walk to everything, wonderful restaurants and the beautiful parks. I would highly recommend this property.

Our experience was lovely. The property was beautiful and close to everything and the neighbors were very helpful as well as the cleaning staff. We would love to stay again if it's available soon.

Great house in a great city

  • 4 of 5

We chose the Eliza Ann Jewett house to celebrate our June wedding anniversary, but we visited in April because the weather would be cooler. We invited 3 couples to join us to celebrate our 50th and one couple couldn't make. It was great to have a place where everyone had their own bathroom (important for folks of our age!).

The house is beautiful and comfortable and the neighborhood is perfect. It was fun to be able to have a leisurely breakfast at the house and then go explore Savannah.

The furniture was appropriate and nice but not so nice that we feared we might damage it It was comfortable... We used the patio for a casual dinner one night and that was perfedt

Only 2 complaints: 1) the inconvenience of opening the garage. There is no opener, so someone had to open the garage and close it and the door also had to be locked. 2) the lock on the back door was non-existent. You had to use a slide bolt and this did not feel very secure.

The folks at Savannah Stays who manage the house are very nice and cooperative. We had a wonderful time in a beautiful home.

Awesome friends gathering!

  • 5 of 5

We met three other couples for a few days of R & R. We came from a couple different states. The guys went to the Masters and us girls wanted a place to have fun and explore! Our time was GREAT. Your home has all the comforts of our own homes and easily accommodated all our needs. There is so much to do in Savannah and your home is conviently located. We LOVED Clarys Cafe! The ONLY suggestions I have would be a fan for the top bedroom and to be informed to bring change for the parking meter (we had three cars and one had to be parked out front). We will definitely rent this home again!
