We have been operate one of the few fully licensed and inspected Bed & Breakfasts in the St. Louis area, and perhaps the only one in the Soulard neighborhood. In operation since 2011, we have been trusted by hundreds of visitors. You can see our shop website to get a sense of the building. The Porch Wine & Gift Shop in Soulard. We do not use the VRBO payment system, which saves you the travelers fee.

A true urban getaway! Enjoy the historic Soulard neighborhood in this 1500 square foot apartment. Located across the street from the Historic Farmers Market, Bogarts Smokehouse, Mission Taco and International Tap House, there may be no reason to leave! The apartment is above our wine shop, The Porch Wine & Gift Boutique, and overlooks the Historic Soulard Farmers Market.

The main level includes living/dining space, breakfast area, full kitchen and 1/2 bath. The 2nd level is a private, but loft style bedroom with a queen size bed. The full bathroom is off the bedroom. Roll away beds are available for additional guests. (additional guest fees may apply).

Recently renovated with granite counter tops, gorgeous wood floors and beautiful master bath. Recently featured on the annual Soulard House tour. Perfect for executive housing and short term stays. Washer and Dryer available.

We purchased this property in 2004. The building went through an extensive, historic, renovation. This unit was only a shell when purchased. It is 100% new construction inside of a 100+ year old building. Brand new walls, floors, electric, plumbing.

This is a huge apartment and very comfortably furnished. The living/dining area is full of windows overlooking 9th Street in Historic Soulard, as well as the famous, Historic Soulard Market.

Very spacious and clean.

Owner is on site and available for help or questions. Very nice updated apartment with tons of room. There were 6 of us and Cathy accommodated all of us with a comfortable

bed for everyone and still plenty of living space. The kitchen is also huge

2nd rental of yellow apartment--still love it!

This was our second rental of this apartment. And we loved it--again! Cathy is the easiest owner to work with that we have experienced. She gets back with you in a timely manner, and is just so wonderful to work with.

Love the Soulard area, and the restaurants. This time, we focused on Mission Taco. What a great place to go after the ballgame! Two dollar tacos? Really! The fish taco is wonderful.

Sweetest spot in Soulard

We absolutely loved staying here! This spacious, bright unit is charming with big windows, beautiful hardwood floors, warm and sunny walls, a big kitchen with a gas range, 1.5 bathrooms, and tasteful furniture. Our daughter and son in law live around the corner, so this place was a perfect location. Beer and great food were as close as walking across the street! We can hardly wait to come back. Five Big Stars!

We had an amazing experience. Our host went beyond our expectations to accommodate us. The apartment is very spacious. We felt right at home. Great location. Love the pizza, Epic, across the street. We will stay there again!
