A Ritz-Carlton hotel is finishing construction across the street. The first tower is complete (see photos) and operational. It includes BLT Market and Sushi Sho restaurants together with a Dean and DeLuca food store.
A second Ritz tower is now also largely complete with just final landscaping projects on Kuhio Avenue being finished.
