Up the Neck vacation rentals

I had looked at this property before but we booked another one due to the amount of people we were going to stay with. However everyone bailed and I was ecstatic that this property still had availability for roughly the same dates. Property was great and as advertised, very clean. We adored the porch especially during the kids nap time and for after dinner relaxation. The back yard was great for the dog and the giant fig tree added great whimsy.

This place is fabulous. We're 2 oldies who've stayed in at least 40 VRBO'S, this was my alltime favorite. The photos on website do not do it justice. The artwork on the walls is masterly displayed. I spent hours looking at it.

Wonderful property - perfect for a family vacation. Couldn't have asked for a nicer house and location. The host was phenomenal. Highly recommend!!

This house was incredible! The photos don’t do justice to the grand scale and beautiful decor of the house. The porch on the water was wonderful! The realty staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Excellent location. Awesome views! So relaxing. Walk to dog park, town. Pier right off property.I highly recommend!

Our 4th year coming to Chincoteague and by far, this was the BEST home!!! Location, location, location.... Having the dock to launch the kayaks, paddle boards, raft, crab traps and being able to catch minnows for bait made this the best home on the street. Watching my family catch flounders and crabs was just priceless. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals and the spaciousness of the kitchen made it so enjoyable to cook with everyone. They even had a pie pan!! The bedrooms were so roomy and comfortable with all having a water view. Having the 2 rooms upstairs along with another living room made having teenage and young adults so manageable. We were able to enjoy the front porch and the kids were busy watching TV and playing games upstairs. Having the extra space in the laundry room made it very convenient leaving our beach gear right by the back door and other sporting equipment. The house has such a clean look and with all the rooms being so spacious made it so enjoyable being on vacation with the entire family. We would DEFINITELY rent again!!!!
