Master bedroom has king size bed, walking closet, master bathroom, and TV. Second bedroom has queen size bed; third has full size bed and TV; fourth has set of full size bunk bed and set of twin size bunk beds. The living room has TV with DVD player, cable, internet and WiFi. Fully furnished kitchen. Washer and dryer. Outside patio has a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. 2 car garage with heat and air.
I am a private home owner. I bought this property because I enjoy visiting Florida and it is a great place for my whole family and friends to stay with us. I currently live in Maryland. So to be able to enjoy the beautiful sunshine and warmth in the middle of our winter is amazing.

This is a beautiful house, professionally decorated and private. It has plenty of room for a large family It is a great location. It seems to be in the heart of Daytona Beach. It's close to the speedway and shopping and close to the beach as well. Orlando is only an hour away. You can enjoy the parks and the beach!
I bought this house because of the atmosphere it has. I love walking in to the house. I get an immediate sense of relaxation.
My family of 6 + son's friend and my cousin's family of 4 had an awesome time here! Raquel was so hospitable & accommodating to our needs. We have definitely put her rental as a go to place for future vacations as we have family a few cities over. It was a lovely neighborhood to walk around in (in the cool of the morning, lol). The location was not to far from the beach and sightseeing, very convenient.
Raquel was amazing to work with. This house is gorgeous. A lot of room. Very comfortable beds. Great location. No neighbors to bother you because it's I'm a new development neighborhood. We had 12 people within 2 different families and never got too much in each others space.
This house was gorgeous! I didn't want to leave!! Beautifully and tastefully decorated and very clean. Just minutes away from the beach and other Daytona attractions. The price was great and the owner was very nice! We hope to stay here again. Definitely recommended!!
We stayed here for one week in late April. There were 4 adult couples on most nights. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to both the interstate and Daytona Beach. I think it took us about 10 minutes to get to the beach. There's a CVS right down the road for items you may have forgotten to pack. There's also a few gyms nearby if you want to work out.
The house is large with updated decor (think tasteful Pier 1 styles), comfortable beds and central air. There are 2 full baths - 1 in the master bedroom and one for the other 3 bedrooms (there's a bonus bedroom in the garage if needed). The washer and dryer came in very handy as did the large kitchen with all needed utensils. The refrigerator is updated and large enough to accommodate food, water, etc. To be safe, we purchased extra toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, dish soap and laundry detergent. Beyond that, the house is stocked with everything else you would need including pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, utensils and plenty of leftover spices and cooking 'stuff'.
All guests were very pleased with the house and commented on what a great choice it was for us. You'll definitely want a car if you stay at this property - plenty of parking in the garage.
I rented this property for an surprise birthday gift for my mother... she loved it. The house was so clean, nice neighbourhood, full furnished and is excellent for a large family vacation... The renters are very nice people, every email and question was answered... I will be renting the property again
The house is located about 4 miles from the Daytona International Speedway and airport. The mall, as well as other shopping and restaurants is about 4 miles away. There is a wide variety of shopping and restaurants. There is also go kart racing nearby. It is about 6 miles to the beach which has sprinklers and playgrounds as well as beautiful beach. The Harley Davidson shop is about 5 miles away. There are also a variety of grocery stores, Walmart, and pharmacies nearby.
