This Scandinavian style apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in total comfort with 3 closed bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress. Newly renovated, there is a bright living room, a washroom with a walk-in shower and an elegant kitchen where you can enjoy a great meal with your loved ones on the acacia wood table or outside on your own sunny terrace with table and BBQ. You can even see the cross of the Mount-Royal from the roof patio.

This charming 850 sq ft apartment features:

You'll mostly love living in the Plateau for its variety of hip restaurants, bars such as: l'Avenue du Plateau, Barraca, Le Rouge-Gorge (wine bar), Plan B, Le Quartier Général, Tri Express sushi and many others. You are also 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Lafontaine Park, 15 minutes from the mountain (Mont-Royal) and 10-15 minutes from Downtown.

About Yann Denault and Caroline Lagacé

We are a couple in their thirties who have met a few years back working in restaurants.

Being manager and waiter in that industry made us realize the importance of listening to our clients and how everything is in the details.

We then found that we shared the same concerns: the quality of customer service.

After much discussion, we decided to pursue this to another level in the rental industry. We started with two apartments in 2011. We then continued to expand our business eversince. Now up to 14 apartments, we are always on the lookout to find new and beautiful places for our guests. We are dedicated to providing the best quality service possible for our guests and the most pleasant stays in Montréal.

We love Montréal, we love our apartments, we love what we do. We will spare no efforts to share with you this passion.

Beautiful spot, loved everything about it!

This was the perfect place for our getaway! Surrounded by lively bars and restaurants, lovely terrace, great kitchen for hosting. It was close to grocery stores and the metro. I would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending this place to friends who visit Montreal. My only issue was the wifi wasn't always the greatest, but after it was re-set it seemed to work fine.

Delightful stay in a delightful Montreal neighborhool

My brother, sister, and I loved the Scandinavian Kiss from the moment we stepped inside. Our visit to Montreal from the States was greatly enhanced by being able to call this place home. It was really quiet and comfortable, it had some appealing features and decorative touches, and everything worked great. My favorite part was the neighborhood outside. The Plateau Mont-Royal area has an abundance of fun shops, cafes, restaurants, and eateries, with inviting, tree-lined, residential side streets; we immediately adopted it as our go-to avenue of exploration. The staff at MTLVacationRentals was also very nice! For us, it was a satisfying VRBO experience.

Quaint sophisticated apartment

Our family of 4 stayed here the first week of July. Despite the heat wave, the unit stayed relatively cool with the ac. Under normal conditions, I'm sure it would be very cool. A very friendly employee greeted us at the front door, helped us to the parking spot (I highly recommend renting one) and showed us around the unit. It was spotless and everything looked very new. All 3 bedrooms had comfortable beds.

The neighborhood is great. Pharmacy and supermarket nearby as well as lots of charming coffee shops and boutiques. Short walk to the metro. Our favorite restaurant is L'Avenue, but you need to get there by 9:30am to avoid a long line.

It was a short drive or metro ride to downtown and all the sights, but we loved coming home to our neighborhood away from the tourists as the end of the day.

Nice place; great location; clean; overpriced

This is a lovely apartment on the third floor in a fabulous part of town. The bedrooms are quite small; everything works. The back deck is small; the coffee table is poorly designed, and fell over, causing a foot injury. The kitchen table is on shaky legs, and our drinks spilled every meal. This is all reasonable, small stuff, however at the price point for this apartment, they need to fix these items. Otherwise, a solid, clean, well managed property. If you can afford it, do it.

Cosy, close to services, secure

Highly recommended if you want to experience life as a local. Close enough to metro to be convenient but far enough to be quiet. Great local area with groceries, bookstores, cafes and services. Near fountain park, awesome place to skate, enjoy nature.

Winter getaway

Great apartment in a great neighbourhood. Even with freezing temperatures everything was close enough to walk to - we had a really good time. The apartment was very nice and we were well looked after.

Cleaning fee $61.68 + Tax
Refundable damage deposit $462.57

- 2 or 3 nights minimum depending on weekends and special events

- No check-ins or check-outs on Saturdays

- For security matter, the customer must present a government issued ID and a valid credit card upon arrival.

- The customer must notify the landlord of any changes, breakage or other problems that occur or are produced during their stay. An inspection will be made after the client's departure to assess the situation and cleanliness. Any damage found will be at the customer's expense.

- Smoking inside will result in the loss of half of the security deposit.

- Excessive cleaning after the customer's departure will cost him/her the equivalent of another cleaning fee.

- The customer must ensure the tranquility of the place in order to respect the neighbours and keep noise low after 10pm. At all times, the number of people in the apartment can not exceed the number specified in the reservation. No party nor reception are allowed on the premises. Ignoring these regulations will result in total loss of security deposit.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
