About this property

You'll enjoy making memories in this well maintained, beautiful, family owned condo, Unit 515. The view is fabulous and the location is perfect. Simply walk downstairs and lounge on the grass next to the pool, or walk right next door to Kamaole I Beach.
If you already know the Royal Mauian Resort, get to know our family as well. We rent to a few guests a year and have many returning clients. We provide friendly, reliable service.

Two bedrooms, 2 baths with ceiling fans, private lanai, cable television, wifi internet, well equipped kitchen, linens, beach towels and some beach equipment washer & dryer. Lovely decorative items. Check in-out housekeeping is included.

Great stay in Kihei

We stayed at Vicky's condo from July 18th to 25th. It was clean, kitchen well stocked with utensils, and had all amenities that we wanted. The view from the Lanai and master bedroom is the best in Maui. The host was very responsive. She reached out before the trip and provided several tips

Royal Mauian

We loved staying at the Royal Mauian and particularly loved being in this particular unit. We were 4 doors down from our family also staying there and the beach access cannot be beat. The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and the amenities there were perfect. The kitchen was well appointed, lots of towels available and beach chairs were very much appreciated. We would love to be able to rent this unit again and again.

Relaxing view

Had a very nice relaxing time. Watching Turtles for deck area. Easy access to beaches and swimming pool. Rooftop deck is nice, if you want a lot of sun.

Paradise found!

The property is perfect if you like a front row view of the ocean and sunset! The unit is super clean and welcoming and the property is very well managed. We plan to come back soon!
