The house is located just north of the Dunlawton Bridge, between A1A and Peninsula. Buses are close by for transportation to Main Street and Ocean walk, which are approx. 6 miles north. The beach is half a block away and there is beach access.

We love our Florida home! Please feel free to ask any questions!
Betty Lou Parker purchased this house in 2015
This is great 1950's cement block home - the atmosphere is "beachy"! We fell in love the minute we walked in the front door. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was important to us, and the backyard was the perfect place for a patio/pool/hot tub/fire pit. We visit the home as often as we can to be sure everything is up to date, maintained and in working order for our guests.
So glad to hear you enjoyed our home! We love the pool/hot tub/patio addition, and look forward to spending more time there ourselves!
We loved the home! Very clean! It is approximately 1 block to the ocean. The pool and hot tub were perfect! Very nice back yard and it is all fenced in. The owner was always so kind to me and answered all of my questions.
Thank you for opening up your house to us. Absolutely loved the privacy and the quietness of the neighborhood. The location placed us close enough to the beach and amenities of being at Daytona Beach but aloud us a place to relax and get away of the crowd. The beach was booked and crazy busy with the college cheerleaders, (my daughter being one). Wouldn't of wanted to be in a hotel. Thank you for the suggestions on places to eat, we all really wanted to eat at the Boondocks, but with crowd wait was over two hours and was late in the evening. Loved the location and the view. Did have dinner at Stonewood, and food was amazing. (Steak excellent as promised). Every one enjoyed pool and hot tub. Although I chose not to cook on this trip, the house provided every thing I would of needed to cook a meal. The property and home was clean and well maintained. Had a little problem figuring out the lighting in rooms, but have it down pat now! Over all we loved our vacation, and if University of Pittsburgh Johnstown makes it to college nationals next year, we will be looking forward to share your home once again. Thank you for all your help.
Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Ample towels and beach chairs. Pool hot tub works well. Solidly built and well maintained.
5 of stayed in this house over Bike Week, clean, no noise, everything works and in great condition. Highly recommend the house which is close to shopping, restaurants and the beach.
Enjoyed staying in the house for two months. Location was excellent. Easy walk to restaurants, liquor store and beach..... what else is there? Our dogs enjoyed the securely fenced back yard, and we enjoyed the fabulous pool, hot tub and fire pit.
Owner was pleasant, easy to deal with and responsive to any issues that came up. Would stay there again next time we are in the area. Thanks for the loan of your southern home BL.

Really enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was is very good condition and the fenced in backyard was especially nice with a fenced in pool, jacuzzi and fire pit. The location is great between the beach and the intracoastal waterway. The host was very friendly and helpful.
