Open floor plan ideal for entertaining -- from family room comfortably seating 8, into dining room seating 8, into kitchen seating 6 at breakfast bar. Granite countertops in fully equipped kitchen. Family room features wood-burning (stocked) fireplace, flat screen HDTV, Blu-ray DVD player, queen-size pullout sleeper sofa and private deck. The Master Suite offers a king bed, a gas fireplace, flat screen HDTV, DVD player, and en suite bathroom with jetted tub, separate steam shower and double sinks. A 2nd BR provides 2 bunk beds each with a twin on top and a full size on bottom with mountain/town views, a walk-in closet flanked by a wide vanity sink leading into an en suite bathroom with a 2nd sink, jetted tub and separate shower. All linens included. A welcoming entrance foyer has a half bath & closeted washer/dryer. Two dedicated, free parking spaces in lower garage accessed by hall elevator or stairs.

Best location! All the amantinites one could need. Beautiful home with great open floor plan. We had the best time!
Amazing location, super spacious and quality lodging.
Would recommend this great condo with high ceilings and amazing location. Negative would be only 2 card keys for entry. With 6 guests with their own agenda's this was extremely challenging as the door intercom/buzz system was very difficult to master and on Sunday and after 6pm also needed to be buzzed at front door and again at hall entrance....the fireplace was amazing, but you needed to keep a window cracked as it did not have complete ventilation (flue was open). Quality furnishings but a bit outdated for price. That being said it was otherwise perfect and we had no need for assistance but believe it was available if needed, friendly communication. Neighbors were pleasant as well. Only missing a star for the very challenging key issue. Thanks!

Amazing vacation home
This condo is a winter lovers paradise. It is beautiful and close to everything.
The property is located in the perfect location situated right off Main Street and just about a block to the Town Lift where you can valet your skis at the end of your day. Once we arrived we were greeted personally by the property manager who was very helpful. The condo was gorgeous and very clean. This property is perfect for a family with kids. We were close to all of the amazing restaurants and there was plenty of shopping. We will definitely stay there again.
Poison Creek Mercantile is located at 255 Heber Avenue near the start of Park City's historic Main Street. From this location you can easily walk everywhere; no need for a car. Main Street offers plenty of shopping and dining, and the Park City Mountain Resort Town Lift is only steps away. The building also backs to the paved biking path that leads down to City Park. The property also has an underground parking garage and a common area roof top deck with hot tub.
