My husband and I were so impressed with this property!! So beautifully appointed and comfortable. It was just enough off the main roads, a gorgeous woodland around us with a cool rushing creek very near. We hope to make this at least an annual get-away spot for us. This is the best destination of ours in a very long time. Love it!!

LOVED!! The Cottage

  • 5 of 5

We Stayed a week in October here in the cottage with 3 adults it was absolutely amazing. Completely surpassed all of our expectations. The house was perfect! Clean, roomy, quant and had everything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings listening to the creek after a day of visiting the many wineries that were literally down the road. The location was perfect gave the feeling of being out in the woods but only a short drive and your right in town! We didn't want to leave the place was perfect!

A charming and well appointed small house for 4 people.

  • 4 of 5

Secluded but only a little over a mile to the highway. First glass remodeling and lovely interior. The only thing that was confusing is the light switches controlling lights outside are marked "leave on" but the book says to turn then off in consideration of the neighbors. We turned them off 😊򒠮 Need a shower mat or something to hang on to. A little dicey for older people but overall we loved the house and would definitely rent again. Thank you.

Great cozy stay

This is a hidden gem in the area. Nice and quiet, house is very well equipped with anything you may need.

It's great for a family getaway or a couples retreat. Try the Landmark Winery down the road.

The Cottage by the Babbling Brook

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I loved the cottage in Kenwood. I can't think of anywhere I would rather stay; if our daughter remains in the general area we hope to return to this sweet place. The home was well represented on the VRBO site but the small decorating touches had to be seen to be appreciated. I appreciated the thought that went into the home; the hummingbird stained glass plaques in the front window and the hummingbird cups and plates. The cottage was so clean and in perfect order. I loved the pantry glass door and the lovely white cabinets and the granite counters. I would love sitting by the brook and sip on the wine that was given to us upon our arrival. We really hated to leave the cottage; but we will return. The beds were so comfortable and the closets so spacious...I couldn't believe the closet even had a jewelry box to put my jewelry in....that is a first for me. I cannot think of one negative thing to say. We will tell our friends about this property. Laura and Rob Tuttle

Beautiful location and house

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful relaxing time. The house was comfortable and so nicely appointed. The chairs and fire pit next to the burbling creek was so enchanting. I highly recommend this rental. Ideally located in the heart of wine county.
