Our unit is upper level with all new furniture, private entrance, golf views out the back and pond views out the front.
Fully equipt kitchen with granite counter tops, large pantry, counter seating for 4 and dining area with seating for 8.
Master bedroom has a king bed, master bath with walk-in-shower, large tub, vanity area, 2 walk-in-closets and sliding doors to balcony. Guest bedroom has king bed, in suite bathroom and walk-in-closet. 2nd guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and adjoining full bathroom. Den includes full bed and a desk.
The unit also includes a garage, laundry room, 3 flat screen TV's, and a balcony with grill and dining table.
Fiddler's Creek is an exclusive gated golf and tennis community conveniently located 10 minutes to the Beaches of Marco Island to the south or fabulous shopping and dining in downtown Naples to the north. The neighborhood has its own community pool just a short stroll from our condo. For an additional fee, the Fiddler's Creek Club and Spa offers a 5400 SF club house with full service Spa and workout facility as well as 3 pools with waterfalls and slides, a shaded whirlpool, children's pool and children's play area. There is also a casual poolside restaurant over looking the Fiddler's Creek.

About the owner: The Unit is own by 2 families. My sister's family and my family just love Florida and the Naples area. We enjoy coming down from the cold to soak up some sun. We have 5 boys between the 2 of us between the ages of 9-18. There is so much for everyone to do, we always have a great time.
