Gulf Front Condo, 1 Bedroom + Bunk Area, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4)

NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENTS. Accommodates 4. Kingsize bed, full kitchen, complete w/microwave, coffee pot, stack washer/dryer, complete cooking & serving utensils.Brightly decorated, comfortable seating inside & also on the balcony that has a direct wide southern exposure view of the beach. We provide board games, checkers, dominoes, monopoly, and junior scrabble. There are also 10 family type DVD movies and several books for your enjoyment. This unit is perfect for a couple or family with 2 young children. It has carpet in the bedroom and ceramic tile everywhere else. There are 2 cabled TV's, with DVD players, a CD player, and free wi-fi provided by our owner association.

The amenities include a Gulf side pool and hot tub, boardwalk w/shower to the beach, pool side restrooms, 2 elevators, luggage carts, gulf side grills. The automatic entrance doors make it easy to unload as you come in. Please call the owners if you have any questions. Note: no rentals will be allowed for guests under the age of 25 per our association rules.

This is a beautiful unit with unsurpassed views and amenities. area activities include swimming para-sailing, cinemas, golf, restaurants, deep sea fishing and dolphin sighting tours. THIS IS THE PERFECT UNIT FOR SNOWBIRDS! Also perfect for couples or families w/ up to 2 young children.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From Birmingham Alabama, take I-65 South until you reach the Gulf Shores Parkway exit. Take it (which is also Al HWY 59) into Gulf Shores. Then turn right onto west Beach Boulevard, go about 1 1/4 mile. Seacrest condo is on the left and is the same color as the parking pass.

It is exactly as the pictures show it! Perfect location and it has everything you need to feel at home right on the beach. I only wish my husband and I could have stayed longer.

An amazing, perfect stay at Seacrest!

We stayed 7 nights at Seacrest 708. Anna was wonderful to chat with before the trip and everything was so easy. We enjoyed the fully stocked (dishes, cookware) kitchen so we could cook our own meals when not dining out. We loved having the washer and dryer, that was so convenient. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed our breakfast out there every morning. The beach, restaurants.....EVERYTHNG was wonderful. The only "just ok" meal we had was breakfast at Hazels Nook. Powdered eggs and frozen French toast sticks....bleh. Other than that, all of our meals out were delightful. Literally our only complaint is about the elevator in the building of our condo (nothing to do with the room!). The doors close very quickly and they'll get ya if you're not paying attention! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

Owner's Response: So glad to have guests like these, and I agree Hazel's is not my favorite place to eat! We really like eating on the balcony and enjoying our view which beats that of any restaurant.

Great price for a awesome trip.

Room was clean and in good repair. Pool area was the same. Second time staying in this hotel and i have had excellent experiences both times. The only criticism i have is that the beach had a sharper angle than i prefer right at the waters edge.

Clean and well maintained property.

The Seacrest property and the unit we were in were both very clean-something that we

really appreciate! The pool area was very nice and it had easy access to the beach. There

was the Hangout Music Fest going on over the weekend, so more and louder young people

on site than normal. It was not a big problem though. This unit was nicely appointed and

had everything to make our stay enjoyable. We would recommend this property to others.

Vacation TIme

Grounds were very well maintained and clean. One elevator kept shutting too quick, a child might get hurt from doors. Otherwise we enjoyed Seacrest.

Nice beach trip

Our family enjoyed a nice long 4 day weekend away from it all. The condo was right on the beach and convenient to everything. The owners are great and quick to communicate!
