Enjoy the privacy of a separate entrance to your self contained suite in a heritage house in a residential area. You have your own south facing garden patio with furniture and barbeque.

A car is not necessary as you are only 6 blocks from the Inner Harbour and downtown Victoria and a block from Beacon Hill Park, and Cook Street Village with its variety of shops and services.

Your home away from home is a bright at grade level unit with an open concept living space. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, and a single bed in the third. There are new HD televisions in the living room, and the two larger bedrooms. A stereo, free Wi-Fi, DVD player, VHS player, a desk and an antique cabinet full of books, games and puzzles adds to your comfort. It is as comfortable for 1 or 2 and it is for 5.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you may need. There is even an in suite washing machine and dryer.

The fully fenced yard is perfect for children and pets.

Wonderful Victoria stay. Location was perfect. Could walk downtown, the water, Becon Hill Park.

Owners, who live upstairs, were so friendly and helpful. Cook Street Village only a block away had shops, Beagle Pub that served the best food, green grocers, drug store, anything you could want. The rental was spacious and we felt at home for our two month stay. Would definitely return.

Excellent location and very comfortable

This lower level walkout is in an excellent location. It is just a short walk to Cook Street and all it has to offer. The ocean and downtown Victoria are close as well. The apartment is well appointed and larger than it appears in the photos. The owners are friendly and accommodating. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our small dog. We highly recommend this rental.

Great location, spacious layout, relaxing environment with beautiful back yard

A group of five of us stayed here over the Labor Day long weekend and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. We were greeted by a friendly host who made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, a peaceful residential neighborhood close to Downtown and minutes from Cook Street. Our favorite part was the backyard and patio - an amazing Willow tree with birds and a garden setting. There was more than enough space in the suite and we felt comfortable throughout the weekend. Excellent location and a great place

I stayed with my two children and my mother in this apartment for a week and had pretty much a perfect week. The place is spacious and bright, and the yard was a very pleasant place to spend time while my smallest son napped. The place is well-equipped and our contact with the owners was quick and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Cook Street Suite

During our recent stay in Victoria, we felt very fortunate to have chosen the Cook Street suite as it suited us perfectly. Great location, convenient, well equipped, friendly

The suite is the main floor (ground level) of a charming older home in Cook Street Village. It's a quick easy walk to Beacon Park and all of the shops and restaurants on Cook, and a slightly longer but nice walk to the shore, and the BC Museum/Empress inner harbour area. You can't beat the location. A quiet street, friendly and laid back owners, and a fully equipped kitchen make this a super self catering holiday spot. There are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well a a grocery store- you could easily manage without a car. The suite is clean, decent, and well maintained; I understand the carpet and linoleum, which I considered the weak spot of the interior appointments, is to be redone this fall. My older parents, son and small dog all had lots of room - the den-day bed was a comfortable nook for the boy, who enjoyed the curtained off space. A very comfortable place for a nice combo of Victoria sightseeing and day trips. Thanks again, we'd definitely stay here in the future!
