Private Entrance Garden Suite, ground floor level entry, offering one bedroom suite with sleeping max of 2 people. Executive Style Suite, Welcome long term monthly renters/fully furnished/all inclusive. It is a great location, Less than 5km from DT Victoria, we are 3km to the University of Victoria, Camosun College, and St. Michael's University, shopping, downtown Victoria, and have easy access to the airport or bus terminal. We are also walking distance to a public golf course, a heritage park, and a recreation centre. There is excellent public bus services to and from the University and Downtown. It's also a great location to start your tour of Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, Washington State, Seattle, or Vancouver.

Ground Level Entry, Garden Suite, for your vacation rental, fully furnished, executive style, an all inclusive accommodation, weekly, monthly rental. Inquire about, daily/weekly/monthly/high season/low season rates available.

Long term rentals, require a damage deposit, utilities are not included on long term stays, and will vary in price according to individual use, cleaning fee at end of stay, and a rental contract, according to the BC landlord and tenants act. No pets allowed at this time.

Deposit of one night's stay is required to confirm booking and preferred dates, until the deposit is received, will the dates be booked, the final payment is due upon arrival. You can now pay through paypal, directly using your Credit Card. Extra fee for Credit Card and PayPal use of payment.

Cancellation, you will loose your first night's deposit. Arrangements for another booking time is acceptable, if allowable with calendar.

The Garden Suite is ground level, offering walk out entry and patio, private entrance, fully self-contained unit, comfortable for 2- people max.

Garden Suite has excellent sound proofing and comes with private bath, King Bed, kitchen, laundry, an all amenities you would expect when renting. Housekeeping is available on a weekly basis.

I really enjoy the peace and quiet of the area, traffic is local, south facing private back yard, huge trees provide privacy, well established neighborhood, centrally located, convenient, love the warm spacious rooms of the house. Love the private Hydrotherapy tub and Wet Steam room, especially on a cold or wet day/night.

What makes this apartment unique

Location is excellent, it is so convenient to everywhere in Victoria, your only 8 mins from DT, Shopping, U-Vic easy access to Airport, Main Land Ferries and Seattle, USA. Up Island highway, yet the propertt has big trees. Well established Neighborhood, Heritage Park and Dead End Street, great location to walking trails.

Quiet haven close to everything!

We loved our 3 day stay at the Judge Place Inn. Paul was a great host- super flexible and welcoming. The apartment was comfortable and updated, with plenty of space. Location is perfect- a quiet private lane that is a quick and easy drive to downtown without hassles of parking. A great base to explore the south of the island. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay.

The suite was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time out exploring Victoria, so we weren't at the suite a whole lot. However, it was very nice to come home to collapse into such a comfortable bed.

My only heads up is that it is at the end of a longer driveway that is gated with a beware of dog sign. This would not be an issue for anyone arriving at a decent time, but we were very late (11:30), it was dark, and the sign threw me. This of course does not affect my rating, and we did get in alright, it just may be helpful information for anyone else who finds themselves arriving in the dark.

Absolutely beautiful

this place is absolutely gorgeous, very clean, and close to everything. Put it this way: I approve my mother staying here; she would definitely approve. Paul, the owner, made sure we had our privacy and was on top of everything! Will,stay here again if available.
