New couches and a nice entertainment center await you in our living room. The 51-inch LED TV has Blu-ray and a DVD player, so you can stream Netflix movies as well as watch your favorite shows in HD. The kitchen is sparkling, fitted with new countertops and the latest appliances in addition to a tiled floor. What’s that you say – absolutely no cooking will be done during this vacation? Okay – use it just to make coffee, whip up frosty drinks in the blender, and microwave the restaurant leftovers.

There are 2 large bedrooms at Barefoot Trace 113. The master suite is glorious, with a king-sized bed, 40-inch LED TV, and magnificent ocean views. The en-suite bath includes new granite countertops and a sleek walk-in shower. You’ll look forward to pampering yourself in this suite!

The second bedroom is spacious as well, with an ultra-comfortable queen-sized bed and its own TV. This room is convenient to the second bathroom, which contains both a hower and tub option. We provide all the towels and linens for every bed and bath at Barefoot Trace 113, so pack light and don’t worry about stuffing in a spare pillow or extra blanket. It’s all waiting for you here.

For your enjoyment, you’ll find a collection of beach toys and chairs at our condo you are welcome to use. Of course, you may find it difficult to tear yourself away from the Barefoot Trace condo complex, with its oceanfront swimming pool, tennis and shuffleboard courts, and clubhouse with fitness center. But beautiful Crescent Beach is just steps away, and who can resist the lure of the Old City and other St. Augustine attractions?

You’re going to have a great time here. Book the best holiday of your life now – stay at Barefoot Trace 113!

About Tom Sackmaster

We moved to St. Augustine from Atlanta about 9 years ago. We live in the golf course community just 4 miles north of the condo. We use the condo whenever we can, as it is really a relaxing place to be. We did a major renovation to the unit right after we bought it. We tried to make this unit feel more like home, so you can relax and forget about the stress you have back home. We love all the beauty of St. Augustine, the weather, restaurants, the relaxing pace and the friendliness of all the locals and we are sure you will as well. If you have questions, contact me at 904-347-5241 or

Why Tom Sackmaster chose St Augustine

Being locals, we have had ample opportunity to look at all condos in the area. This complex was large enough to provide key amenities, yet has only 66 units, so it is never crowded. Our beach is far enough away from the closest street access, and as a result, fewer people are on it, giving you the feeling of having your own secluded beach! These are the largest 2 bedroom condos with direct ocean front views in all of St. Augustine. This was important, as we wanted to have enough space to relax when we used it, and not feel like your living out of a suitcase. The quality of the construction of Barefoot Trace is the best on the island, and the maintenance has been exceptional. The amenities, location and direct ocean view makes this complex stand out from all others.

What makes this condo unique

Wifi, Cable (we added HDTV), heated pool in the winter (84 degrees), tennis, shuffle board, 2 private beach access walkways, under cover parking, RV/Boat parking, exercise room, pool table, and community center. We provide you with boogie boards, beach toys and towels. Close to dozens of outstanding restaurants, historic St. Augustine, and a short drive to Orlando to visit any of the theme parks. Once inside the condo, I have lists of restaurants and activities that we use for your reference. 3 LED TVs, each with Blu Ray DVD that has wireless internet so you can stream movies from Netflix. Free long distance to the lower 48 states in US and Canada

Wonderful Condo - Perfect for Families!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful experience at 113 Barefoot Trace! The condo was PERFECT for our young family! You could literally walk out the back patio and be steps from the pool and beach. We left our windows open every night and could hear the ocean, and the sunrises were spectacular. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and the perfect size. We highly recommend!

Wonderfully-appointed condo - steps to the pool and beach.

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay at Barefoot Trace this past week. The condo was nicely updated and included everything we needed for cooking, beach-going, or just relaxing on the couch or patio. We loved the huge windows and slider in the master bedroom and living room respectively, which granted wonderful views of the beach. And having a 2-year old, it was fabulous being able to open the slider and be steps from both the pool and the ocean. The beach itself far exceeded our expectations - soft white sand, lots of shells, and very quiet.

There are several great restaurants within 10 minutes of the condo, along with grocery stores, drug stores, and anything else you might need (and Old Town was less than 20 minutes by car). The owners were very responsive; I emailed them with a couple of questions while we were there and they got back to me in minutes.

All in all it was the perfect location and a fabulous trip. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Special place for family trip

  • 5 of 5

Tom, thank you for working with us to make last minute arrangements. The unit was fantastic. Everything was very clean and well organized. The unit was perfect for our 2 year old grandson. It was such a short walk to the pool and to the beach. It was also great being able to park so close. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling with small children or who may have difficulty walking long distances. The cookies on arrival were a special touch. Thank you for the Email to check in on us after we arrived to see if we needed anything. Could not have asked for anything to have been any better Thanks

Hope to be back soon!

  • 5 of 5

All of the great reviews are true it is in a great location, short walk to the beach, very spacious inside. There were also little things that I really appreciated like the buggy to help you unload and load your luggage. The universal remotes that made it easy to use the electronics. It was very easy to find an outlet any time we needed to charge a phone. The pool was always a nice temperature and shaded in the evenings. Our 6-year old even left carrots out for the large turtle that came by the patio in the evening.

Everything made for a Great trip!

Thank you Tom and Teri.

Besides enjoying the beautiful beach, we have hundreds of sites to see in St. Augustine. Look through the site seeing brochures, as you will find coupons on most attractions. Most of the tours downtown are very good and educational. Some fun things you may want to do:

First Friday Night Art Walk in Downtown:the first Friday of each month, you can go to various art stores to view the arts, and have a drink and snack for free.

Free Concerts By The Pier: /music_by_the_sea_summer_concerts Every Wednesday night, free concert by the pier. Music starts at 7:00, you can buy dinner from a local vendor starting at 6:00. Concerts go from May to September.

St. Augustine Amphitheatre. (If you are music fans, you should check this out. Our island has a new 4,000 seat amphitheatre, and we get big name bands from spring to fall. All seats are great, and the prices are about 30% less than other cities.

St. Augustine Lighthouse. Learn about Florida's coast, and walk the stairs up the lighthouse to get an unbelievable view of downtown and the beaches.

Fort Matanzas. National monument open daily, except Dec. 25. Free ferry ride to the fort. Learn a bit about the Spanish and French history in Florida. Located about 6 miles south of the condo on A1A (on your right).

San Sebastian Winery (wine tour/tasting 157 King Street St. Augustine, FL 32084 Fun 'Cellar Upstairs' for music and drinks nightly.

Deep Sea Fishing. 220 Nix Boat Yard Road St. Augustine, FL 32084

Marineland (Get close and personal to the dolphins. You can swim with them for a fraction of the price as large aquariums. Take A1A South for about 7-8 miles. 9600 Oceanshore Blvd.

Alligator Farm - much more than just alligators!

Fountain of Youth - 11 Magnolia Avenue St. Augustine, FL 32084

We thought this was just a tourist thing, we were wrong. Very educational if you’re into history! See the peacocks walking freely. Drink the water (hold your nose so you don't smell the sulfur)!

Ghost Tour 123 Saint George St # 12 St. Augustine, FL 32084

Creepy Crawl (Pub Crawl Ghost Tour for those that need a drink or two before they start seeing ghosts)

Juniper Springs State Pa/recarea/ocala/recarea/?recid=34064 - about 75 minutes inland. Great place to canoe in crystal clear spring water. You will see fish, alligators, eagles and more!

“Splash Park” – water area for little kids at the pier, no cost.

Red Box (we no longer have Blockbuster on the island) We have Redbox at the following locations: Walgreens, Winn Dixie and CVS, all 3 just north of the condo about 3 miles.

Epic Movie Theaters - 112 Theatre Drive,Take A1A North to SR 312 (about 7 miles north on A1A). Turn left onto SR312, cross the intercoastal, cross US 1, you will come to a T, turn left onto SR 207. The movie theatres are on your left about ½ mile.
