Ocean City, New Jersey is a family vacation destination located a short drive from Atlantic City and historic Cape May. There is great fishing and many enjoyable and challenging golf courses close by. Catch the OC Trolley that runs all summer for a night on the famous Boardwalk! Begin a memorable family tradition.
Newer construction located at 3757 West Avenue (ocean side of street) is in OC's beautiful south end. It is comfortable and conveniently located to lifeguarded beach, shopping (Wawa, Acme, CVS, 5&10 shop), boardwalk, church, and restaurants. Sandcastle Park, a large playground, tennis and basketball courts are also walking distance. Our home comes complete with all the luxuries one could want, two outdoor decks with furniture, outdoor shower, garage, and off street parking.
This first floor home has a queen bed in the master bedroom as well as TV/VCR. The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as a TV. Two twin-beds occupy the third bedroom with the addition of a queen-sleeper in the living room. There is also a roll-away cot and a pack 'n play for additional sleeping accommodations. All bedrooms, as well as the family room have ceiling fans.
