The home is nicely furnished, with all the comforts of home. Part of a 4.92 acre farm, the barn, buildings, and location, will make you feel far away from the hectic pace of city life. Take in the beautiful Cascade mountains and valley views. Have a cup of cocoa and a good book by the gas fireplace. Sit out on the patio at the fire table, or on a lawn chair with a view.

The warm kitchen is fully equipped, including some pantry items. Just bring food for that home cooked meal, or entertaining family and friends. We also provide a small continental breakfast to make the first morning easier. The home comes with a large laundry room/pantry with washer/dryer, sink and folding table. The lovely master bedroom has a comfortable Tempur-Pedic queen bed, full bath, large walk in mirrored closet with vanity and flat screen TV. The second bedroom also has a Tempur-Pedic queen bed, 3/4 bath across the hall, and flat screen TV.

In the living room we have generous, comfortable seating. 50" flat screen, WIFI television. DVD, and local cable. About Traci Merwin

We met in 1980 and dated five years before marrying. Since then we have worked hard, raised a family, and thanked God every day for all the blessings we have had. We love living in this wonderful town in this beautiful state. The locals are friendly, take pride in their town, and the children being raised here. We hope you will enjoy your visit and return to see us again.

Traci Merwin purchased this house in 1987

Why Traci Merwin chose Puget Sound North

My husband grew up here in Snohomish. We moved back to find a home to raise a family. When we purchased this property it was from the original owners; an elderly couple who had lived here for 30 years. We fell in love with the property, the view, and being out in the country. The home and buildings needed a lot of work, but we have worked lovingly on it ever since.

What makes this house unique

When we were shopping for a home here in Snohomish, we looked at a lot of houses. We knew when we saw this place that we wanted it. We moved mountains to make it happen. The sunrise or moonrise over the mountain still takes our breath away. Great neighbors, great town, easy to get everywhere from here. I would live nowhere else.

Great home away from home

  • 5 of 5

Spending spring break with my grandsons at this lovely Snohomish home was wonderful. The boys really enjoyed everything about it, the view, the backyard and of course the cows were such a treat for them. Ken and Traci were very generous and thoughtful hosts. We would love to stay there again on my next visit to Washington!!

Great fit for our family.

  • 4 of 5

Wonderful stay for us and our grandchildren. Clean and comfortable and Traci is a wonderful host. Well equipped kitchen and Traci will try to accommodate any requests. Quick run to Snohomish and beautiful views of the Cascades. Next to a busy road, but that is not unusual when we stay in Washington. Most roads out there have a lot of traffic. The property is set back enough where it is really not that big of an issue. We would stay there again. Thanks Traci!!!

Wonderful Stay!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this home for four days over Thanksgiving. It is beautiful, well-appointed and scrupulously clean. Everything is thoughtfully set up for the convenience and comfort of the guests. We hosted Thanksgiving dinner there, and the kitchen is so well-equipped. It has everything you could possibly want to cook a big dinner including three ovens! The town of Snohomish is a lovely place with a great yarn shop and lots of restaurants. The home is located in a quiet rural area a couple of miles out of Snohomish and about twenty minutes from Everett, the local urban center with supermarkets, restaurants and pubs and shops to buy whatever you might need. It just couldn't have been better!

Snohomish Stay was Great

  • 5 of 5

The hostess was super!

My family enjoyed the home atmosphere while attending my son's wedding. It was so nice to come to a home instead of a hotel room. The location is a quick jaunt to Snohomish and surrounding areas. There was plenty of room for 5 people.

I recommend this property if you are staying in the Snohomish, Washington, area.
