Loved our unit
After searching and searching for a unit our family decided on San Remo 307. The unit was perfect for us. Very spacious for our family of 10. Pool was nice, very close to the beach, and a bus stop that we used to visit the boardwalk. Would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends. The elevator needs a little bit of work, but definitely an excellant experience.
My daughter picked the condo for her 21st birthday celebration. Very spacious. Nice location.

Had some cleanliness issues with bathroom and kitchen but over all the spacious condo was very nice.
Literally only a block and 1/2 from beach. To me and my family the location was perfect with only a few minute drive or bus ride to boardwalk.

Condo was not properly cleaned , bed broken , dishwasher and fridge broken
Place was awesome and beautiful. But the place itself was disgusting - showers were foul , I wouldn't even bath my child in. Layer of sand under one of the bed as well as empty suntan lotion bottle. Bed was broken or just very cheap in the room a bunk beds. Ran dishwasher , clogged up sink. Fridge wasn't cold. Floors were disgusting in whole place. Was on third floor and the elevator was broken. Called vantage reality - was asked if 1. Would like to send a cleaning company out. Or 2. Would like note added in system ?? ugh hello, just paid almost $1000 for this place. Shouldn't it be as clean as expected to begin with , and what is a note going to do ?? When returned key - lady told me I was getting charged for a elevator key I was never given in the first place , again it was broken and since I didn't have my check in envelope they didn't have proof. Told me manager would call - 2 weeks later and never received a call. Place is nice but wouldnt stay again. Not sure if actual owners or vantage isn't doing there job ??
