About Bob Kemper
Returning to the Roaring Fork Valley after years of CA living. Wanted a second home I loved and could share with others.
Bob Kemper purchased this House in 2012
Why Bob Kemper chose Glenwood Springs
Love at first sight. Beautifully restored by the owners of 30+ years and clearly one of the most authentic and tastefully decorated homes of its type in the area. Incredible downtown Glenwood location, walking distance to everything. Striking distance to Aspen for year-round activities, golf courses galore, and blocks to the world class fishing the Colorado and Roaring Fork Rivers.

Bob’s house was great. We loved the aesthetic of it and it was very clean, with much attention to detail. It was close to downtown, close to trails, in a well kept neighborhood. If we stay in Glenwood Springs again, there’s a high likelihood we’ll stay there. Thanks again Bob!
Charming house in the heart of town
We throughly enjoyed our stay and found that the house exceeded our expectations. The owner was highly responsive and The instruction book was very helpful. We look forward to returning.
Very lovely and great location. I am a bit claustrophobic and found upstairs suite uncomfortable.
Great getaway for our spring break vacation
The house was in a great location in downtown Glenwood Springs! It was so close to everything that we had planned. Cavern adventures, skiing, hot springs, shopping, etc. House was well setup and the owner took great care to make it an enjoyable experience. We will absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it!
It is very gratifying to continue to get five-star, excellent reviews.
This is our Colorado residence and we enjoy sharing it. We never disappoint our guests. We focus on guality client services and satisfaction. Check out all our reviews.
Yet another wonderful stay
Very nice family home, great kitchen and short walk to downtown. Stayed here many times and will so again.
Extended Family Weekend
My Family and I came to Glenwood Springs for a long weekend away from the front range of Colorado. We came to town primarily to teach my children to ski at the nearby Sunlight Mountain and enjoy some relaxing evenings at the Iron Mountain Hot Springs. The home is located in the downtown area so we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and rent skis only a couple blocks away. The home itself is clean and well maintained with a vintage flavor on the interior design. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking all our meals and there is a City Market and Safeway just down the street. Overall a great place to stay for our family in a central location, we'll be back!
Surrounded by year-round recreational activities (skiing, kayaking, rafting, fishing, hiking, biking, hunting), including the world famous Glenwood Hot Springs.
