Good Stay - Townhouse was as-advertised

Our stay was great. The place is exactly as advertised (except for no gas grill when we were there in June, which was not really a big deal for us. The place was clean and comfortable and working with the owner was very low stress. Easy in and easy out.

Great visit to Birmingham

This was a great location for us for a family wedding. Loved all the extras salt and pepper, tp, paper towels, garbage bags etc. Linens clean and new.Apt very comfortable.loved the patio.

Both the owner/host and the townhouse itself are top notch! Want to know about area restaurants, groceries, general services.....just ask Johnny. Extremely convenient to major points of interest in the B'ham area. The townhouse is comfortable and easily accommodates two small families. AND...everything works well! We no longer search for lodging in the S. Birmingham area, we have already found the best.

Just what we needed!

The residence was very well put together! My family was in town for a wedding and it was just what we needed. We were a little worried about the distance from the venue. But it was a straight shot down Montgomery Hwy. Convient to a variety of different restaurants and shops. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Good price, needs TLC

Great location for what we needed. Needs a little TLC

Stains on rug, dirty walls and some paint peeling on ceiling. Called owner and he did what he could. Nice person but you could only do so much while someone is staying there. Would rent again bc of price and location.
