-Just walking distance to movie theaters

- A 15 minute walk to the Aquabus Ferries that take you across to Granville Island (a must see!), where you can visit the public market, listen to live music, eat some great food or simply stroll and view all the beautiful items made by our local artists;

- A 10 minute walk to trendy Yaletown, which has some great restaurants and boutique stores;

- Three blocks away from the Vancouver Art Gallery;

- A 20 minute walk to beautiful Stanley Park;

- A 5 minute walk to a skytrain station so you can get anywhere in the city, including the Vancouver International Airport;

Our apartment is fully furnished and has broad 9’6” ft. windows, providing great views of the Downtown area and plenty of daylight. The bedroom has a queen size bed, the den has a double size bed and desk area. An open style kitchen gives the place a very comfortable and open feel. All (like new!) linens, towels, hair drier, iron and all kitchen accessories are provided for our guests.

Lovely and cozy apartment in downtown Vancouver!

I definitely recommend Jorge's place. The apartment is lovely, clean, plant of space and has a nice office and kitchen. It was a good place for relaxing and doing home office as well, it provided everything that I needed. Also, it's very well located, near to the public transportation, grocery store, restaurants, cinema and hospital. The host was so hospitable and thoughtful. He was always available to help us!

Great location!

This was a great location in the heart of downtown - easily walkable to many restaurants, bars, etc and very close to many bus stops. Jorge was so kind and welcoming; upon our arrival he showed us a map of Vancouver and directed us to spots we should see and to things we should do. The condo is well maintained, comfortable, and spacious (there were 2 of us staying - one in the loft and one in the bedroom). There were plenty of towels and extra linens, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated having access to the laundry room on the same floor as the condo after we hiked the Grouse Grind. It was a great VRBO experience! Thanks Jorge!

Great value and location

This was a great apartment to stay in. The owners were very helpful for our check-in and out. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and comfortable.

The stairs up to the loft bed are a. It steep so make sure if you're staying there you can handle the climb! The apartment gets a bit hot, but there was AC to combat that.

The location is ideal. We were able to walk to Granville island, and the sea walk. Also close to a ton of restaurants, markets, coffee shops, anything really!

We would stay here again.
