Villa (8+4) contains two apartments together, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, vast terraces with private pool and balcony,. 200 meters from nearest beach, 250 meters from the center. Parking is available.
This is actually two apartments together which make up one large villa.

Ideal for: families, group of friends or colleagues.

Great stay

Me and my family had a great stay in this absolutely lovely villa. The house got all you need (and a little bit more), was clean and had fantastic hosts that helped us with everything we needed. Sumartin itself was far over our expectations and has a lot to offer if you want a nice and quite holiday with great places to swim and cozy restaurants. Me and surely all of my family members would love to come back.

Lovely house in Sumartin

Fantastisk flott hus og sted,med kort avstand til både strand og sentrum. lite og koselig i sumartin, men anbefaler å ha bil så ein kan komme seg rundt på øya. det hadde blitt kjedelig for 6 barn bare i sumartin i 10 dager. men hus og basseng og uteområde er helt supert! vi har storkosa oss!

The beautiful Sumartin

I fully recommend this place in Sumartin for holidays, to rest. The house, consisting of two apartments, is made and equipped at a high standard. Very clean. Beautifully located at the end of the alley, close to the center (about 250 m), well-kept swimming pool, being a great coolness at hot Summer days. Charming view from the terrace to both the sea and the city. I haven't found any disadvantages of this place (maybe only that these 250 m from the town to the house one needs to clime up the hill;)). For the very first time the images/pictures have indeed mirrored the reality. Tonci responds very quickly and willingly. Sumartin itself is nice and charming, particularly because it is small and there is no crowd of tourists, undoubtedly - great pleasure to stay in such a place.

Beautiful house, breathtaking view, charming village & friendly hosts

We were two families renting this house and found it to be spacious and comfortable for all of us. The pool and terrace are fabulous. The interior is quite elegant. Everything we needed was provided. The property owner was easy to communicate with and gave us great advice for making the most of our visit to Brac. The property manager was super friendly and helpful when checking us in and out - she met us at the ferry port and took us up to the house. I will dream about returning here!
