About Denise Rossano
My husband and I have been together since we were teenagers and have always made our way up to Pennsylvania from New York for the past 32 years. We accidentally found Jim Thrope when we picked up a brochure for mountain biking. When we turned into the town we couldn't believe how beautiful it was. As we took our first step into this house, we were in love. I hope you will have wonderful memories, adventure packed weeks or just stop in and fall in love all over again!
Denise Rossano purchased this House in 2011
Why Denise Rossano chose Jim Thorpe

Very nice house & conveniently situated
Big house. Beautiful. Walking distance to anything in the old Jim Thorpe area
Charming spacious character-filled space steps from all the action
I stayed here with my sisters and mom and we loved how close it was to everything we needed. The home was super clean, welcoming, and large. We really enjoyed the front porch room for morning coffee and watching the world go by. The bedrooms were giant and the bathrooms were recently updated and lovely. Highly recommend - why would you stay anywhere else?!
We've been coming here for the last 4 years and it's been great every time. Wonderful home great location great town.
Perfect Location in a Charming Little Town
We had seven people in our group of adults that stayed at this house, and it was perfect. Though all five bedrooms are on one floor, the place is huge. We loved having our coffee in the front sun porch while viewing the hubbub on the street outside. The house is close to everything, and once our car was parked, we never had to use it again until we left. The owner was accommodating and responsive. We would love to stay there again on our next visit to Jim Thorpe!
Beautiful mansion - Great stay
The house is very big and overall beautiful. I booked the space for the group and the couples were impressed with ALL of it. The background history and the overall house was the topic of conversation for the few days we were there. Driving up the block the house stands out from the rest. You only have the first floor but it’s ginormous. We parked out front for the duration of our stay and the owner was helpful before and during our stay via phone when we had minor questions. Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and we all had hot water after our big and cold day whitewater rafting. Not a place for kids at all but we were kid free for a few days celebrating a 40th birthday with adult friends. I’ll visit the area again with my little guys since it’s such an adorable town.
Great place to stay in Jim Thorpe!
This was a fantastic house right in the middle of everything in Jim Thorpe. It was so authentic and the owner even sends you the history of the house which was really interesting. I booked several houses in the town for a management retreat and this house was big and comfortable enough to hold our meetings. The owner was responsive and there was even parking which was a big bonus. Highly recommend this house!
