Beautifully constructed (2012) home, family friendly decor, ocean views, private (12' x 25') swimming pool, and within walking distance to the beach (Admiral Street Beach access is approx. 600 feet). This is an excellent choice for your Outer Banks vacation because of it's proximity (MP 10.5) to shopping, the arts, sightseeing (such as the Wright Brothers Memorial, open year round), and numerous things for both children and adults to do such as laser tag, boating, fishing, bird watching, jet skiing, surfing, kite boarding and eco tours. The Outer Banks has also become a great place for races such as the OBX Marathon, OBX 8k and 5k. The neighborhood is great for walking, jogging and cycling. This home sleeps ten with two master suites with queen beds, another bedroom with a queen bed and bunk bedroom that sleeps four. We also have 2 Pack N Plays and Space Saver high chair for little ones. Sheets and towels are included for your convenience at no extra charge. All of the bedrooms have TV's w/cable and WiFi access. The elevator (approx 40 inches deep and 48 inches wide with a 3' door opening) services all floors and is great for those who have trouble navigating stairwells. This is truly a beautiful home filled with decor reflecting the character of the Outer Banks. This home has bamboo hardwood floors, carpeting in bedrooms, multiple decks and ample space for you to spread out and relax. Baltic Street Beach Access is located approx. 1,000 feet from this home and offers a handicap ramp to dune top deck that affords outstanding ocean and beach views. The 8th Street beach access (about a mile) provides handicap parking, a ramp and stroller mat onto the beach. There is a WheelEz beach cart and beach chairs available for renters to use. Nags Head Fishing Pier is approx. 1 mile from this home. A spacious outside enclosed shower is available adjacent to the pool, as well as a park grill and stereo system equipped with iPhone/iPod capability. Cornhole and horseshoes are also available. The laundry room is on the first floor. This is a non-smoking home and no pets are allowed. It is rented on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday from May through September. (Note: Rates include linens and towels. You must be 25 years old or older to rent this property. The person qualifying to sign the rental agreement, in the owners presence, must also stay at the property.)

We started visiting the Outer Banks more than 50 years ago and currently live in Nags Head. We have always enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the Outer Banks as well as all of the recreational activities that this area has to offer.

Another Great Vacation at the Board Room !!
This year we opted for another week besides our traditional June trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (again) ! What a great way to relax before gearing up for the fall season and the ensuing holidays. Rick and Vickie do everything possible to create an inviting atmosphere for a great vacation experience! Hopefully we can plan a fall trip next year as well !

Board Meeting is the best!
Everything has been thought of for renters to enjoy the home, beach, and surrounding area. House is fly equipped and Food Lion is a short distance away for groceries. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and a beach cart are all here! Location is perfect. Short walk to the beach and the pool at the house is a favorite with our children.
This was our third year in a row renting Board Meeting and the owner treats us like family!
Can't wait for next summer and spending another week here.

Our stay the 4th of July week, was so amazing. Comfortably stayed with our adult daughters families (6 adults & 4 kids - ages 4,7,7+9). The house is so comfortable, and well appointed. The house had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. Games indoors, lots of outdoors things too! Definitely recommend this property & would rent it again. Thank you Rick for ensuring a great time was had by all of us!
This property is within walking distance of the beach, a fishing pier, restaurants and Food Lion grocery store. In addition, it is within the historic Gallery Row Arts District and close proximity to Jockey's Ridge State Park.
