The 70m², wooden floored apartment is decorated with antique shabby chic French furniture, frames and tapestry. • In the living room area, one finds a comfortable sofa. a center table and a fireplace (for decoration only not for use), the TV plus various pieces of furniture. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed.

• In the dining room area, the table can comfortably seat 5 people. The area also offers a sofa that can be used as a double bed.

• Both the sofa beds are located in different parts of the room. The curtain in the middle of the room allows for privacy when pulled open.

Following the corridor, one finds :

• On left side, the bathroom offers a tub, a standalone shower and a sink.

• On right side , a dressing, the toilets, and the kitchen at the end. The kitchen profits from a window and is well equipped.

• At the end of the corridor, one has a large bedroom. The bedroom offers a large window, a comfortable bed for two and a fire place (for decoration only).

About Owner/Manager

In Beau Paris is a Vacation Rental Agency operating in Paris for more than 10 years.

We manage close to 100 apartments in Paris, all of very good to luxury standard.

We take care of the advertising of apartments, the reservation process from payments to security deposit refund; and even the cleaning and the maintenance of the apartment.

We would be very happy to host you in one of our apartments that you will find on VRBO Listing #26870.

We do very little brand name advertisement. We focus on what matters: MAKING SURE OUR GUESTS ARE SATISFIED (check the reviews on any of our apts. Recent apts do not have reviews yet).

We believe it is the best way to develop our activities which have been growing steadily every year. You are welcome to try our service.

Why Owner/Manager chose Paris Arr. 18 (Montmartre, Sacre Coeur)

We selected this property because of its great location close to Sacré-Coeur and the apartment quality, decoration and charm.

It is the main residence of the owner. He rents when going to his secondary residence. For a guest, renting a main residence is a warranty of high quality : it is always maintained at top level. Obvioulsy, the owner puts away personal belonging. There is more than enough space available for guests.

What makes this apartment unique

We know searching for an apartment can be a nightmare :

that is why, from beginning of your search to the end of your stay, you will have REAL PEOPLE INTERACTING WITH YOU, not automatic mailing or automatic booking.

We answer to each request and send a detailed quote & contract on each request. We believe the instant quote given on the site is not precise enough for a guest to book an apt.

We react fast, be it by mail (often in the hour, max 24h, we have evening shift), Immediatly by phone. Note we do not take booking on the phone nor discuss prices or availability, risk of mistake is too high. E-mail is much more secure & precise. We nevertheless are happy to answer specific questions.

During your stay, we are always available. We can advise you on how to use the apt. We run a night emergency line, for real emergencies :-). When problem arise, we do our best to solve them, quickly.

We want our guest to have the best memories of their stay. We have a high rate of returning guests : it seems they do.

My most favorite place to stay in Paris

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was just as pictured. So close to outdoor cafes, shopping and the Metro. Lots of stairs to climb but that was not a problem for us. The area was beautiful and we always felt safe. This is my fifth visit to Paris and each time I have stayed in a different district. On my next visit there is no need to explore any longer. I will definitely try to book this apartment again. While there is noise at night outside the front windows it was made by people having a great time. No drama, no fights, just happy sounds. We loved it!

THIS is how to stay in Paris!

  • 5 of 5

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay here. Given the microscopic size of most Paris apartments, this place at over 750 sf. felt downright luxurious. It was wonderfully and warmly outfitted, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The two wide and tall living room windows made for great people-watching.

And, unlike an apartment clearly designed AS a rental, the owner’s many personal touches made you feel like you were staying in a friend’s house while they were away. Several mornings, rain kept us inside beyond when we would have left for the day, but the place was so homey and comfortable, we didn’t mind hanging out.

Check-in instructions were very well explained, and we encountered no problems.

The neighborhood is quiet, and yes, just a few minutes walking to Sacre-Coeur. There is a long staircase leading up to the Place du Tertre/Sacre-Coeur area of Montmartre, and which is a local transit point for foot traffic. As such, you might experience a bit of street noise, but compared to many other places I’ve stayed in Paris (a notoriously noisy city at ALL times), this was very quiet.

Also, Montmartre IS hilly, with lots of stairs (as does the whole Paris Metro-station system). Personally, we loved the exercise (it helped us earn our wine and pastries), and we felt stronger every day. But if stairs are a problem, you might want to explore flatter parts of town.

All in all, a wonderful place. Given how you can easily spend $200-$400 a night in this town for a tiny hotel room, to be able to get all this for far less than the low end of that range makes you feel like you’re getting away with something!

Beautifully decorated, plenty of space

  • 4 of 5

The apartment was lovely with plenty of space for our family of 4. A great location, we enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping. The Cathedral is just up the hill with an incredible view of Paris, day and night. Great place to get a photo of the Eiffel Tower at night. I am only giving a 4 of 5 star rating as the picking up of the keys at a different location was a hassle as was the process to return the key to the other location by the 10am check out. There was a filthy green cleaning rag left on the kitchen counter and the kitchen counters and sink did not appear to have been cleaned before our arrival. The 1 roll of toilet paper was ridiculously cheap considering the length of our stay. There was a note saying that you would need to provide additional toilet paper if the provided paper was not enough.

Perfect Location

  • 5 of 5

The apartment is in the perfect location on the west slope of Montmartre. You have a choice to walk up three flights of stairs to the top of Montmartre and Sacre Coeur which gives you an invite easy downhill walk to the great shopping and eating rue des Martyrs and Rue des Abbesses. Or you can walk down to rue Saint Vincent, the Lapinagile and Rue Caulaincourt one of the great Parisian streets. The apartment is very nice and roomy. Although one bedroom, the drawing room has a pull out bed which can be closed off from the rest of the living room for a second bedroom.

Lovely Apartment in a Beautiful Part of Paris

  • 5 of 5

We arrived on the first day of the 2016 Euros. We are huge football fans and really enjoyed all that Paris had to offer us during the Euros. We stayed in this lovely apartment for nearly 3 weeks and enjoyed it very much. The apartment is decorated very nicely and made it feel very authentic. The online pictures are a true reflection of the apartment. The Montmartre area is fantastic....although there are tons of steps leading up to the apartment from the Jules Joffrin Metro, our family did not mind them at all. The property is near the top of the hill and just around the corner from the famous Sacre Coeur. The views up here are fabulous. It was about a 15 minutes trip to places like the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre on the metro. The apartment itself is within a courtyard and very quiet. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. It is a very artistic area with plenty of painters and artists showing off their work. They will even do drawings of you if you would like! Over 100 years ago you would have found the likes of Van Gogh and other painters were residents. In our courtyard, we did have visits from an opera singer who would come every few days and sing from the steps. There were acting groups that lead tours that would come by too. And there was a special treat one night where a choir came and performed with outside our window for nearly an hour. What a treat! The area is filled with artists and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Don't forget to enjoy a nutella crepe! We loved every aspect of our trip to Paris! Thank you Jean-Noel for all your help. Your company is very organized and professional!

New Year's Eve in Paris!

  • 5 of 5

I would like to say that the Dumont's apartment was beautiful. Our family of four was very comfortable there. We all now live in three different cities, so it was nice to have a kitchen great for making meals, and a dinning room where we could all sit together to eat them. We even baked some cookies!

Montmartre was a great location where we could walk to a lot of places. The week-long stay was not enough to see Paris, we will have to return!
