Unit is 940 square feet and sleeps 4-6. Our concierge, Mark, will check on you upon arrival to ensure everything is clean and to your liking. He is also available for assistance throughout your stay.

Master BR features a King Sized Tempurpedic Mattress, flat screen TV w/ cable, reading chair/nook and private bath with shower.
2nd BR features 2 double beds (sleeps 2-4) with memory foam mattresses, ceiling fan, and dresser.
Cable and high speed internet provided - unlimited streaming. Stackable washer/dryer in the unit makes laundry easy.
Kitchen size is as expected for unit and contains dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, microwave, blender, pots, pans, cookware, plates, utensils, etc. Traditional basket pot and Keurig coffee makers offered.
Facility is quiet and private, containing only 24 units. Pool area is shared, beach access is private and outdoor showers are available. Community grilling area with charcoal grills (no sign up required). There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.
Dining area provides seating for 6 (4 chairs plus bench). Living room offers sofa, oversized chair w/ large ottoman and Lounge Chair w/ ottoman. Shelving provided as a pantry for food storage.

Linens (sheets and towels) are NOT provided but can be rented. Owner will provide local options with booking.
There is no elevator in this complex. This is a second floor unit and you will walk up two sets of stairs to reach the property. The top floor allows for a quieter stay and better views ... a worthwhile trade-off.
NO PETS are allowed and there are no exceptions.
NO SMOKING in the unit, the hallways or the balcony. No open flames.
We love kids but the primary renter must be 27 or over and occupy the unit during the entire stay.
Check in is at/after 4 pm on your first day.
Check out is at/before 10 am on your last day.
These times allow for proper cleaning.
Cleaning fee ($100), damage insurance ($59), and Property Fee ($50) will be added at checkout. The $50 fee goes to your concierge who will be on the island to help with anything you may need during your stay.
Taxes will be paid by owner.
Please review our cancellation policy prior to booking. Refunds are not available for bad weather.
