Beautiful, remodeled edwardian flat in close proximity to central transit
Sunny and peaceful flat located on a one block street; short easy walk to major public transportation (99 on the walking/transit score, but 10 on the parking score). Features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, designer furnishings, one-of-a-kind art. Looks onto a beautiful garden and dedicated deck. Only 1.5 blocks from the city's main transit artery (10 minutes to downtown) as well as grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy, and parks (Duboce and Dolores). Walk to 'Gourmet Gulch'. Charming Edwardian property originally built in 1904, but remodeled in 2012. The flat displays pride of ownership throughout - we live on site.

On a quiet one block street but an easy walk to public trains/streetcar/buses. 10 minutes to Union Square, Embarcadero, Moscone Convention Center, City Hall, and the financial district. Nice outlook to garden. Designed with your comfort in mind. Leave your car at home and take public trans/UBER/Lyft/ZIP. Street parking is a hassle in this neighborhood and commercial parking is quite expensive.
