A great location
We loved staying in this house for 5 weeks. Sadly it is not available this next year for us for the 5 weeks. Close to everything
Awesome location and great space
We loved the space in this house with plenty of room for everyone. Kids downstairs so parents can enjoy peace in the living area.
Well equipped kitchen, the beds were great - once we got used to the hardness of the king bed.
The owner was super responsive helping with a couple of minor issues on arrival as well.
Walking distance to everything you would want on your holiday.
The only thing I could add was that it would be great to have a recycling facility from the house - I felt bad with everything going in the trash.
Location is excellent. The home is extremely comfortable
This is an excellent home to have a vacation in the Summit county area. Very convenient to the bus for Copper, Keystone, Breckenridge and Arapaho ski areas. So easy to walk to everything in Frisco! Lovely restaurants and shops
Thank you for the feedback and the kind words. We appreciate you and are happy to include you in the rather small group of people that we call "guests" :) Best Regards. The Smiths.
A fabulous location to all the ski areas in summit county and to Vail, Copper, and Beavercreek
As skiers, this home and location was perfect. The house was set up to give all occupants time away from each other as well as a community living experience. It is set in a very nice woodsy location and yet only 2 blocks from downtown Frisco.
The garage was a nice asset for one of our cars when we had a few snowfalls. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. The hot tub was a nice addition to a very exhausting ski day, however, some of the chlorine smell was a bit strong and we definitely had to keep the sliding glass door closed to that area all the time.
All in all our vacation was great and we would go back again. This would also make a perfect summer location for another trip.
Awesome house in Frisco
Lots of space! Very close walk to a free bus that can go to the ski hills. Very close to really good restaurants. We had an excellent time.
Best stay yet in Summit County
My wife ,Daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your Frisco home. It was such a pleasure to stay in a home comfortably decorated with all the amenities of our home.
The four level layout definitely gives an extra sense of privacy to each bedroom/bathroom suite. Although we only hot tubbed 3 times, it was a perfect warm up/ relaxation after a day hike at Hanging Lake or getting caught in a downpour on the bike path down to Vail Village. Pulling into the garage or wheeling our bicycles in after a trip around Lake Dillon certainly beat using an elevator or steps at a condo.
With downtown shops, restaurants, and art show only a couple short blocks away and groceries/restaurants < 1 mile away, location could not have been more perfect except if you had a bike path at your back door. Just kidding, you even had that right past the patio and grill which we used quite often.
How could we forget falling to sleep each night to the sound of Ten Mile Creek right outside our window or reading a book in the screened porch next to the creek!
Our only regret is that we did not make plans to book for a longer stay or plan to have family / friends share the experience! It was definitely way more space than three, then two people needed!
