OUR HOME IS PRIVATELY LOCATED ON A DEAD END STREET; SURROUNDED BY TREES AND OUR NEAREST NEIGHBOR IS 75 YARDS AWAY. NO BUSY STREET TRAFFIC AND NOISE TO CONTEND WITH YET, WE ARE A SHORT 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE EQUINOX HOTEL AND GOLF COURSE AND A 7 MINUTE DRIVE TO EVERY RESTAURANT AND SHOP IN MANCHESTER. VERY CONVENIENT AND TIME SAVING.
THE HOUSE IS A 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH CENTER HALL CAPE WITH A KING, QUEEN AND 4 TWIN BED ARRANGEMENT WITH TV'S AND DVD'S IN ALL ROOMS. ALL GROUPS (YOUNG AND OLD) CAN HAVE THEIR OWN SPACE OR BE ALONE. ALL HOME AMENITIES ARE PROVIDED: TOWELS, LINENS, KUERIG COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER, BLOW DRYERS IN THE BATHROOMS, ALL PAPER PRODUCTS,TOILETRIES, FIREWOOD, CHARCOAL, LIGHTER FLUID ETC. NO NEED FOR LAST MINUTE SHOPPING.

WE ARE AT GROUND ZERO FOR MANCHESTER, VT. PLAY ALL DAY, COME HOME AND BE 7 MINUTES FROM ALL THE BEST RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING AND ATTRACTIONS THE AREA HAS TO OFFER. EVERYTHING RADIATES OUT FROM OUR LOCATION SO MANY OF THE PLACES YOU WANT TO VISIT ARE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.
WHILE THE FIREPLACE (WITH UNLIMITED WOOD INCLUDED) KEEPS YOU WARM, THE FAMILY CAN BREAK UP INTO ALL THE ROOMS TO TALK, PLAY THEIR FAVORITE COMPUTER GAMES, WATCH TV OR HAVE PRIVATE TIME.
My golf partners & I have renting this house in early May for the past 8-9 years. The house is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The owner is kind and very responsive. The location is perfect, close to all of the area attractions as well as dining, shopping, and essential services. I highly recommend this property.
Our second time here and just gets better. Dave is a terrific host, the house is perfect for us. We stay with 7, two families. The location is excellent, quiet. We easily ski Bromley and Magic. Okemo is about 50 minutes away. We miss the dart board, but so happy Dave added a crock pot after we asked last time through! Dave , carve a corner in garage for that dart board! It's a great value and Dave is just cool.
Dave keeps a very tidy house and is clearly a veteran host, as he has provided for just about anything you could want in a house rental. From the fluidly towels, to the firewood, to the coffee this place was well appointed and gave us a great base on our first trip to Manchester. Everything was close by and the kids loved having the full sized football field right in the backyard.
This was a prefect place for our family - location is terrific for Bromley and Stratton skiing, right in the heart of Manchester. House was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. Owner is friendly and was very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend this property and we would stay here again!!!
This was our second stay at this property. Everything was perfectly clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Great location-very close to shops, restaurants and bars. The owner was great to work with. He was always available by email or phone to answer questions or provide suggestions. Our family had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this property and will be back for sure.
This house is located in Manchester less than a mile from all the town has to offer. It's also conveniently located to Stratton, only about 30 minutes away. Although the snow was not great for skiing during my trip, the house had everything we needed to make for a comfortable stay. The house is well appointed and maintained and the owner Dave was very responsive and easy to deal with. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this home.
