Imagine a nice, elegant and affordable home within walking distance from everything Boulder has to offer that let you bring your dogs, cats and children… Look no further! Our recently remodeled 3-bedroom Home is the perfect place to stay when you're looking for a romantic getaway, an extended stay with the kids and your pets, or a weekend soiree with some old friends.

While the house is located close to downtown Boulder and public transportation, it has a nice sense of seclusion and privacy as the large yard is surrounded by trees.

We recently renovated the entire house! Everything from the pots and pans in the modern kitchen, enormous wood deck with a gas/electric grill, luxury bathrooms, to the plush sheets on each bed will ensure a nice, cozy and relaxing stay.

The enclosed sunroom with wicker furniture is a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail or store your bicycle, and the partially enclosed deck also offer even more privacy.

The property is owned by Mike and Becky, who live right next door and are able to provide great customer service. Mike and Becky own a professional carpet cleaning company, and use anti-allergen cleaning products to help accommodate guests with allergies.

Everyone was very impressed, I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked for anything we needed like the serving dishes! We were able to present a beautiful spread to our guests.

Boulder stop on family road trip

Everything that we needed for our trip to boulder. Great location near CU, restaurants and flatirons. The hosts were very responsive. Property was very clean.

Outstanding Location

The house itself was delightful and although nothing particularly spacious - more than enough for those looking to explore Boulder while knowing that they've a comfortable place to return to each evening.

The property however, is enormous and feels more like a park than it does a yard with a small deck, an enclosed area for pets, a front porch and a very large back yard rivaled only by the front. The property borders a park, the creek, the road and a local playground (not to mention the bike path which cuts right past it) and provides you with a variety of options should you wish to wander or explore on foot, on a bike, or in a vehicle. It's very close to most everything and shoots you straight out onto the Highway/Pearl Street should you proceed through the nearest set of lights.

The kitchen was sizable, the living room was comfortable and the dining table was lovely. The bathrooms left a little to be desired but functioned well. The back deck provided more than enough space for people to sit around and converse while enjoying the yard. The barbecue was perhaps the only real let-down of the property dispersing minimal heat and forcing us to change our dinner plans twice throughout the week spent there.

Overall the property is cosy, convenient and affordable and should be considered by anyone looking to indulge in privacy outdoors while staying in Boulder. Perhaps the biggest selling point that I could mention (or recommend) is the fact that the creek can quite clearly be heard throughout the house should you open the windows; heavenly for listening to whilst sleeping.

Lovely and a perfect location

We spent 4 nights here in May 2017. Tucked between Scott Carpenter Park and the Boulder Creek Trail, you are a short (and beautiful) walk from anything downtown. Home is comfortable, clean and bright. Dog-friendly property; ours had a great time too. I would happily stay here again.

Location, location, KITCHEN!

My husband and I (and our two pups) enjoyed our stay in the heart of Boulder CO!

This home is warm and welcoming! Comfy beds and pillows.

The kitchen is awesome and allowed us to eat our healthy diet while away from home!

Great location - the gate in the backyard opens up to Boulder Creek (where my husband and nephew caught trout) and a wonderful park for walks, runs, biking, and exercise in general! The home is literally minutes away from everything you'll need!

Becky and Mike are wonderful hosts!

Amazing vacation rental

This is an amazing vacation home right on the creek with running trails out the back gate. Very close to some great restaurants too!! Huge yard and very pet friendly, we had a great time hope to return some day
